Winchester Gardens Apartments in Homestead

The people with the least education I have ever met live in my building above my house, I am an elderly person and his dog relieves himself in front of my house, I asked him if I was going to pick him up and he said with a bad attitude that never has and never will, how sad to live in a place with such rude people! How sad, I have worked so much in my life to live with uneducated people. My grandchildren come to visit me once a month and I always have dog poop from my apartment and I'm tired they don't want to come see me anymore.

I have family that live in one of these apartments and the neighbors keep leaving their dogs unattended and do not clean after they do their business in front of my grandmothers home. The neighbor states she “does not care and will continue to do it” and the office people have been notified but no actions have been done to fix this situation by the association.
