I live in windchase for almost 6 years i contacted them because i need a one bedroom unit and they are ignoring my request. I think that residents should be given priority and they don't care.if you have section 8 and you think that in time your voucher will be for less room, do not count on moving here because you will be left homeless like I am. They have units available and they say they don't have it for them not to move to another unit……
Maintenance is terrible, I have incomplete orders for more than 1 and 2 years, they fix one thing and leave others undone, I hope to receive my deposit, because due to their mistake and malfunction, I will not allow them to charge me. Move out date 12/31/2022

vivo en windchase casi 6 años me comuniqué con ellos porque necesito una unidad de una habitación y no hacen caso a mi pedido.yo pienso que a los residentes hay que darle prioridad y ellos no les importa.si ustedes tienen sección 8 y creen que en un tiempo su voucher será de menos habitación no cuenten con mudarse aquí porque quedarán sin vivienda como me estoy quedando yo. Tienen unidades disponibles y dicen que no tienen para ellos no moverte a otra unidad.mantenimiento es pésimo, tengo ordenes incompletas por mas de 1 y 2 años, arreglan una cosa y dejan sin hacer otras, yo espero recibir mi depósito, porque por error de ellos y mala función, no permitiré que me carguen a mi. They fixed my AC the same day. I called and talked to David and he was able to get this issue resolved immediately very helpful thanks David!
I've been living at windchase apartments for over 16yrs. I've really never had any issues with management and when I did it got resolved. The workers in the office became part of my family. I've known them for so long. I've seen them come and go but I still got along with them especially rashad and Jennifer who knows me very well. I feel comfortable and safe at windchase. I'm so happy that Jennifer is the manager know even though I will miss Rashad she was very nice and professional with a good heart but Jennifer was here when I first moved into these complexes and she is very reliable and compassionate and professional and she gets the job done with a smile. I've read some of the things people say about windchase and a lot of what I read I never experienced any of those issues. I'm happy I choose windchase apartments to reside as my home. Please don't get rid of Jennifer she belongs right where she's at.
Ms. Abra made my lease renewal process very easy and stress free! It made my heart smile to know that my apartment staff is already on top of things!
I rate it 5 stars. I received the best customer service from Jessy. She helped a whole lot with everything and going through the process. She always got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. And I was in panic and calling to make sure I was getting my apartment because I had just had to move out of my dad's and didn't have a place to go with my son. The week/weekend before my move in date I can't tell you how many times I called and Gloria and answered and was so nice as well. Jessy made sure that I had everything set before moving in as well. I will recommend for anyone who is looking for an apartment to try here first. Best customer service I received. Staff is amazing! Thank you!
All the staff in the office and the maintenance people here are great. Except for the bug person and the people who fixed the window in my apartment. I don’t like that the pool and the laundry room is closed on Sundays also the entrance gate is broken so its never closed. Other then that this complex is ok
More or less 3 days i inform them that the master bed room toilet door having issue, and broke even i was locked inside the toilet early in the morning.till now no information whether they going to fixed it or not
This is the second time my HVAC system has flooded in my apartment. I didn’t notice it initially when it first occurred, however I did notice the water staining and mold on the base boards. I alerted the office and the problem was not addressed. As such I had the carpet cleaned and the baseboards painted to hide the damage.
Fast forward months later. The HVAC system floods again and standing water is sitting in the HVAC closet. The water has flooded towards the carpet and
Dining room set/ baseboards are wet and mold is present. The entire closet has remnants of mold and the water heater underneath the HVAC system has visible signs of corrosion/ rust.
The solution of the maintenance team is to vacuum out the water. They have not addressed the mold or damage.
They then send a survey for review, which I assume means they have closed the maintenance request as being done.
Therefore I must rate my experience as a one, because they never fully address any issues.
We had a power outage and they responded along with the power company to help restore and fix the problem.
So far is great and quiet.the move there was easy and and quick.im really looking forward to my yr in my new home.im excited to see my son make new friends in the community.
My maintenance issue was not resolved so I don’t under why I received this survey. My dishwasher is still not working at this time and no one has come and looked at it. I’ve tried calling but no one is answering the phone.
I haven't moved in yet so this is a pre-move in review. The property itself is very nice with a great location. The office staff specially Abra have been very helpful with all the leasing/move in process and paperwork. The only minor hiccup I've had so far was a change in the move in date, because they're replacing appliances, which is good, not only they're cleaning the unit before I move in, they're also make sure everything is working properly. So far so good (hopefully next review is to give it all full 5 stars and add nothing but great comments)
I had a wonderful experience from start to move in. Everyone was very nice and kristina was very professional as well as helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone
I have been a tenant, at WINDCHASE APARTMENTS for about a decade now, and throughout this time, I have Cherished WINDCHASE APARTMENTS, as a Nice A. P. T. S Home. This is because the Staff, Team, and MANAGEMENT, has been very CONSIDERATE, EFFECTIVE, and has ALWAYS SHOWED COURTESY, to me as a tenant. I love WINDCHASE APARTMENTS, because, they are very spacious, nice, and come with Several Great Amenities. The locations is easier to access Downtown Sanford, Lake Mary, and Seminole Town Center.
