The vet made a good effort to pick my wallet. Estimate of over 500 bucks for unnecessary stuff. Everything but the kitchen sink except for what I specifically asked for which was scrip to renew his existing eye medication. For example, I said he had received preventive for fleas previously and is licking but not scratching. Yet the vet's laundry list included a 90 day flea tick chew for $72. Insanely expensive. Well, if you have money to burn then I'm sure you're in the right place. The support staff are nice and love animals, though. Too bad the vet acts like a shady auto mechanic.

Today we came here for our 9 weeks old kitten that had some GI issues. I could not be more satisfied from an animal clinic more than what they offer at this amazing place. Dr. Milani is definitely a great vet and a lovely person. Also all the staff are lovely and caring people. 5 star for sure!

This vet is incredible. The entire staff is so kind, fair, honest and understanding. They have been so fantastic to my pet and I, and I could not be more grateful. I cannot recommend enough!

My dog was in desperate need of an appointment and after calling three different vets I called Windercare and was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. The receptionist when I called was extremely pleasant and helpful. The vet tech (I can't remember her name) and the veterinarian, Dr. Milan, were absolutely amazing. It was obvious from the moment Dr. Milan stepped in that he cared about my dog from the way he talked to her and interacted with me. He explained everything to me and made sure I had an understanding of her potential diagnosis, treatment plan and potential solutions. They took X-rays and blood work on site and was able to provide me with a diagnosis. The X-rays will also be sent out to a board-certified radiologist to review in case they missed anything. Dr. Milan took time to explain the x-rays while I was able to look at them, which was very helpful. They provided my dog with some medications and scheduled a one week follow up. I am so happy with this vet that I have told my best friend about him and my family. I believe he will be my new go-to vet.

We needed to get last minute flu shots for our 2 dogs so they could be boarded at another establishment before we left on emergency and Windercare was available and happy to help. Everyone was nice and the vet was very friendly. We will be seeing them in the future for all our pet needs.

Amazing caring staff that truly is here to help you and your pet. They make you feel like family from the first visit on. Any time a pet isn’t feeling well is a hard time, but Windercare does everything to make sure you understand what’s wrong and your options for treatment. We won’t go anywhere else for as long as we’re in the Orlando area.

Everyone there is super friendly. It’s a great place and they take excellent care of my dog.

We are new to the area and still looking for the right vet clinic for our pets, and I think we found it today. The clinic we have been going to was closed today, so I called Windercare Animal Clinic in the hopes of having my dog seen for sudden facial swelling, and Sebastian got us in with the doctor immediately. Dr. Milani was very personable, talked to and soothed our dog, and provided ample explanation of what he was doing and why. Margarita was also exceptionally personable and was very attentive to the dog. And Sebastian - Sebastian was friendly, communicative, and pro-active in every sense of the word. I genuinely cannot say enough positive things about this clinic and staff. Excellent care at a reasonable price. We've had several hits and (mostly) misses since we've been here while trying out new clinics, and this clinic was definitely a home run.

I never wrote a bad review before but I felt inclined this time, I have spent a ton of money for medication for my cats and the doctor never tells me how to use medication properly. One time he wouldn’t tell me if my cats ear wax was good or bad he just gave me medication and never wanted to answer the question after he prescribed me medicine. So I’m pretty sure I paid 40 dollars for just extra ear wax in my cats ears. Their staff there is nice, but the doctors are just money pinchers looking for a check. I’m very upset because I wanted to stay at this vet, the staff, besides the doctors, are great, Margarita was always so kind, but the amount of times I wouldn’t be kept in the loop on vital medical information! Like my cat had a test done to determine if he had something wrong with his stool and they said I wouldn’t know the outcome until I made another appointment! I was so taken aback that I called upset about two weeks later since they send that information off to a lab, and pleaded that I wanted to know the outcome, at first they said they don’t have record of it which upset me more, and then suddenly they found it 10 minutes later after saying it was lost to tell me it was negative. I’ve tried but when you pay so much money and care so much for your pets, when they don’t give the care you believe they deserve back, it’s frustrating. But these money pinchers, I mean vets, do what they do best.

We relocated to Orlando & needed a local vet. We really lucked out finding Windercare! My dogs got sick a couple of times within the first couple of months of the move due to the stress and new environment. Dr. Melani took great care & concern for them & got them back on track. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone I know.

I highly recommend Windercare animal clinic. Margarita treats my puppy as if he were her own. All the staff is super sweet and caring.

Staff is amazing, especially Margarita! So caring and attentive and really makes sure she gets the answers to any questions you have about any facet of your animal’s care. Dr. Milani is awesome and very easy to talk to as well. Highly recommend!

Great techs! Vet could be hit or miss. Sometimes he was patient with our rescue dog. Those times were wonderful. Other times not so great. Pushed anxiety medication a lot… Didn’t love having a vet we couldn’t trust entirely, so we found another. New vet has never had an issue with our rescue and never suggested anxiety meds. Ultimately, I’d recommend Windercare, but suggest caution before accepting something that doesn’t seem right without another opinion.

They care for your fur child, family member! Reasonable pricing, no gouging.

Very poor communication. The front desk staff are condescending and make you feel unwelcomed.

Dr. Milani is by far the best vet that I’ve ever found. I wouldn’t trust my pups care to anyone else. Look no further than Windercare.

Thank you to Dr. Milani and his team! My dog was sick and my regular vet was out of the office today. Dr. Milani’s staff fit my dog in even though they were completely booked! I was told I might have to wait, but we did not wait long at all. We got into a room right away and within 45 minutes my dog had medicine and we were out the door! Thank you so much for fitting us in when your team was so busy! He will be my first call if we have a similar issue in the future!
