Dr was ok. Rest of the experience was a mess. Tried to overcharge not once but twice when insurance covered costs. It’s almost like you’re gaslit into thinking you’re the issue when you tell them they are wrong. Unacceptable! I guess they think you will just pay and not give any lip about it. Unpleasant experience to say the least. Will not be returning. Plenty of other places in the area to find with exceptional service. This is just not it.

This office is extremely unprofessional. I had a follow-up scheduled appt a month in advance for 11: 15am. The morning of the appt, they called me to ask if I can make it in earlier, because the receptionist made a mistake and they had to go to lunch at 11am. The next available appt was at 1pm. (2hrs after) I was shocked at how ridiculous the excuse was, but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted to come in at 1pm. I was there with my baby at 1pm on the dot, and still didn't get seen till 1: 25pm. I was also the only one in the lobby.

The previous appt, the doctor asked to physically bring in the vegetable that was suspected to cause the allergic reaction, since they did not have the food panel for it. After the test results came back negative, the first thing the doctor said was "that's what I thought. " I left the office with no answers.

Also, I was apparently overcharged in the first visit, because I had "credit" remaining and did not have to pay the second time.

I highly do not recommend this place.

I've had good experiences there. They don't have a ton of allergy shot patients, so the wait times are usually a few minutes. The downside is that the doctor is sometimes away and they only do shots when the doctor is there, so you have to check the website to confirm the doctor will be there. There have been multiple times when they have forgotten to update the website and I went to get my shot only to find out that they weren't giving shots that day.

The only reason they are getting stars is for the doctors. The office staff and their practices are COMPLETELY unexceptionable! I had two appointments a month apart. Upon showing up to my 2nd appointment they said my insurance didn't cover everything, which after following up, wasn't true. The receptionist "office manager" told me I owed $320! Also I couldn't be seen unless I paid towards it. NO previous notice, no phone call, email, text, letter, NOTHING! I had to just come up with the money on the spot or turn around and go home. I will not be coming back to this office again. You can't expect patients to just come up with a random amount of money every time they come to the office unprepared. Not to mention they don't take you in on time. My first appointment I was here early, got my paperwork done, and still waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen! My second appointment was 30 mins late as well so you need to have time available.

Dr. Broussard-Perry is one of the best allergists in the area. She is kind, caring, intelligent, & truly spends time understanding her patients' condition & explaining the diagnosis & treatment very well. Also, a doctor's office cannot deliver quality care without a staff that is equally professional & compassionate to its patients. The medical & administrative staff of Dr. Broussard-Perry equally delivers exceptional patient care. This is one of the best clinics that we go to for quality medical care.

Food allergy Why do I need testing for, concrete, rubber, wood? ! Really didn't even focus on my issues on hand, also make sure they charge the correct amount for your copay, most people will accept the$ amount told, but they tacked on$10.00 I asked why, but no answer, I told them call my insurance company, coincidentally they said it's okay, it's was their mistake.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Broussard for 7-8 years and I wouldn’t consider seeing anyone else to help manage my allergies and breathing. Small personable staff, Sharmin her nurse is amazing! Dr Broussard takes the time to get to know you and your concerns and you’re not just a number here. I travel from downtown Orlando to have her as my Specialist and it’s well worth the drive!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Dana and her staff really care for their patients they are very nice and informative. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I even received a follow up letter in the mail after my 1st visit which I appreciated due to the fact that sometimes we forget certain little details. I would definitely recommend this allergist specialist!
