Terrible company! A month ago we called the window doctor to receive a quote on one of our damaged windows. They stated they would charge an $85 service fee and then see if we wanted to proceed with the repair. They repaired the window and charged my credit card over $300 without asking. After a week of trying to get a hold of the company they gave me a refund for the full amount. This week they claimed we were trying to stiff a small business and demanded we pay the amount back before reporting us. Very unprofessional customer service and would not recommend.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. 3 weeks Ago Stacy called to say I HAVE YOUR QUOTE and took my credit card Info to charge me $150 to send the quote which I never received, I gave her my credit card and have been calling everyday during 2 weeks and all she does is ask me for the same stupid information over and over again like if she does not remember anything, When I told Marsha to send me the quote she hung up on me. Here I am no quote and charged $150. I ask companies for quote every day and had never experienced such horrible service ever. One day she says we have your quote, the next one she says we never went there

George and Twan came and provided professional service and fixed my broken window in less than 30 minutes. Couldn’t ask for any better service. Thank you for the expert installation.

I would highly reccomend Window Doctor they were so helpfull especially Jessica she told me how to remove the part I needed and bring to her to make sure she had it in stock. She was a time and money saver.

I have used them a couple times now since I moved into my house. They are super friendly, fair and have done a good job on a few of the things I had them do. Brandon (one of the installers) is a super nice guy and explains things in detail what is needed to be done and physically shows you what he's talking about. They have always done right by me. I will continue to use them

January 31st the Window Doctor came to our home to fix 2 windows in our Hobe Sound home. They collected 50% upfront and as of today, March 16 they still have not returned to finish the job. I left a message with Olivia to have Marsha give me a call back. That hasn't happened. I also texted Marsha directly a couple of times with no response.

This is an amazingly run family business around for many years.

I needed a custom screen and not only did they fabricate a perfect solution but went above and beyond to create custom fasteners that I did not even ask for.

These wonderful folks not only know what they are doing but they take pride in their craftsmanship.

All of this at a fair price and spectacular customer service!
