Window World of Polk County, Winter Haven FL

I was hesitant to go with Window World of Polk County after reading many bad reviews online but friends in Winter Park Florida loved them and recommended them highly. I will say I was happily surprised by the team that came to the house on time and installed my windows and one over sized sliding door. I explained to them my reservations and concerns and Tracy Morris (team lead) told me not to worry I had the
A team working on my install. The guys were super friendly and got right to work. They took care to NOT damage anything and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The install was quick, 4-5 hours I think and we did a walk around and any issues were addressed right away and the function of the new windows and door were demonstrated and explained. One of the guys, I think he was Tracy's son was really good and had a great eye and attention for detail. Overall I'm really happy with the choice to go with Window World of Polk County and if you make the same choice be sure to ask for Tracy Morris and his crew to do your install they really were the A team.

Our entire experience was great. The salesman walked us through the process and helped us make the right choices for our home. The office kept us informed along the way. The installation was scheduled within the timeline we were quoted. Our installation team were friendly, worked hard and cleaned up everything. We highly recommend Window World of Polk County.

The sales person with window world was such a fun guy who did not pressure me. He gave me the information and talked me through the process. The installation was almost 2 months earlier than expected which I appreciated and it took less than my work day. The crew was professional and personable.

Window World and the installing contractors were wonderful. Great customer service by everyone involved. Installers (Chris, Trae and Gary) kept me informed every step of the process, pointed out issues/error as applicable and speedily came through with resolution. The quality of the installation and the windows in general and love that it was done all in one day and 3 weeks earlier than initially scheduled for- incredible! I highly recommend!

Window World replaced all of our homes windows. We have been pleased. They were timely, efficient and had good communication and follow up.

Well, Jake and Jordan came today from Window World Great workers they really tried to finish but the rain got here first. So they will have to come back to finish. I'm so happy my home is cooler and I can't hear anything outside. Despite the wait, they were very good. The window and doors were of good quality. From the first visit ordering to the installation was superb. Barbara was a informative and personable. We had to wait longer than expected for installation. Steve was very experienced in installing the items ordered. We are very satisfied. Life time warranty so we feel secure in knowing we are taken care of.

DO NOT use this company. I used them after a thorough search and it was a huge mistake.over $4k gone for a sliding glass door. Made my order and I had no issues with delivery. It took probably 6 weeks. Afterwards, I learned they installed the door improperly; left an overhang on the door, so you would trip and fall when walking in. Called and initially they sent people out to attempt to resolve the issue. Recently, I've called because the screen doesn't slide properly nor does it even work. Made an appointment and they never showed. I called to complain to the manager of the store but still haven't heard a word. This company is an absolute joke and they steal you're money. Please heed my advise and don't use them!

Follow-up: it has been over 2 years and still no solutions. They keep pawning it off the the window manufacturer, however, the manufacturer has been out and says the door was installed improperly. Appointments with Window World are neglected and they never show up. As if I've made up the appointments and put them in my calendar, they claim to not know anything about follow-up appointments. I hope all of the people looking to use this company steer clear from it. They are an absolute joke. They'll sell you a window or door, trust that.but they won't do a proper job and you'll never hear from them again.

Window World was amazing and very professional. They kept me updated on their progress and went above and beyond eradicating the ants when the discovered an ant colony in one of the window frames.
