This place is amazing. I’ve had such a pleasant experience so far. Wannessa is a delight to work with. I’ve called her several times and she always has a solution. 5 stars hands down! Thanx Windsor & a special thanx to Wannessa.

Simply loving my new home. My new townhouse is so spacious and new? All the staff I've had contact with are super polite, especially the Office girls, Wanessa and Camila, always willing to help!

Good place to live!
The attention of the manager Camila is excellent, a very helpful person, educated, trustworthy, gives prompt response and solution.
The maintenance people do their best to do a good job and keep the areas as good as possible.
My apartment is very nice and spacious, I have lived here for three years, I recommend it

This establishment is ran very well and professionally. The front desk girls are very polite, professional, friendly and very helpful in all aspects. This place makes you feel like family. The property is always clean and being maintained. Y’all do an amazing job and thank you for all the hard work you ladies and men put into it and making us feel at home!

Windsor Castle Luxury Rental Community is a fantastic place to live! It's quiet, clean, and the staff, at the office are incredibly friendly. The apartments are spacious, with a bright and open living room and dining area. The neighborhood is mostly families, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's genuinely a great place to be!

Windsor Castle is a amazing community to reside in. It's quiet clean and the new management Elizabeth and Camila are the best! Always supportive and handle any and all situations in your unit or the community.
The units are spacious and modern and look just like the pics on the website. I love my townhouse!

Please do not move here!
I moved here less than one year ago, my sink in my kitchen has been backed up from the moment I moved in. They’ve told me multiple times that the dishwasher only drains twice a day and it’s normal. Under every sink stinks because the plumbing is bad. This property has had 6 property managers since I’ve signed my lease last September. They’re also refusing to renew my lease and won’t allow me to live out my deposit. Which I was told by my neighbor who moved out a couple months ago, that they took 2 months to return his deposit.

If I could leave 0 stars I would- the newest reviews you are seeing promoting Elizabeth, Camilla and the community are OBVIOUSLY FAKE reviews from “friends” and people who DO NOT LIVE THERE. Phone calls don’t get returned. Staff is rude. The complex is disgraceful. Ceiling had a leak, it collapsed into my home- their solution was to tape the broken part back up and spray paint it, there is definitely mold now. The pool had feces in it and not one employee jumped to handle it and close the pool down- disgusting. They have a ton of lawsuits waiting to happen. KBR Property Management is useless in regards to getting involved and rectifying any issue. Stay away

Toured the community over the weekend with Elizabeth, she went out of her way to walk me to the exact apartment I would be moving into and also took me around the building so I gained an understanding of the surroundings and where I’d be residing. Her customer service goes above and beyond most leasing agents you’ll encounter and I’ve made the best decision for my future home!

I stopped in for a tour and I loved Elizabeth Prieto the assistant manager professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel so welcome. I have decided to lease and very excited to move in.

There is an array of issues that has happened since moving in.

The numerous issues are as follows:

•Broken lightbulb in the refrigerator
•Stolen merchandise
•Mold on the ceilings and water damage (which Camilla sent an inexperienced John to slap paint over the water stained popcorn ceiling, that now looks like wads of wet tissue stuck to the ceiling) (EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD)
•Broken mirrors in all bathrooms (injury liability)
•Toilets that do not flush
•Broken shower doors with shards of jagged metal pieces ready to slice into flesh (EXTREME INJURY LIABILITY)
•Broken baseboards in all bedrooms
•Holes in the walls
•Filthy, odorous carpets on the stairs
•Broken A/C vents that are detached from the ceiling it protrudes out of (EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD)
•The ceilings in my bedroom has a thick layer of dust stuck to the ceiling due to the A/C unit having no filter. (EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD)
•The walls did not have a fresh coat of paint
•Rusty appliances
•ROACH INFESTATION

The move into our unit is abhorrent to say the least. It was never fit for us to move into our unit to the knowledge of our leasing agent Elizabeth and Camilla.

Windsor Castle has committed fraudulent behaviors in 1. Not showing us the unit we would be moving into. 2. Lying to us about the condition of the apartment to lock us into a lease, backed by not taking ownership of erroneous actions on their part.

Lastly, my roommate’s emotional well being had been severely compromised due to her belongings being stolen and just the clothes on her back left. Being up all night soothing a crying friend was an end to a ruined day thanks to Elizabeth who gave the order to have her belongings taken.
The standards at Windsor Castle are subpar and the management team lacks couth and integrity. I regret moving here and will warn others to stay away from this complex. As I write this lengthy review my throat is inflamed from all the dust I inhaled overnight which will have an impact on my health. I have placed a mandatory maintenance request to have the thick layer of dust removed from my bedroom ceiling and I have yet to receive a phone call acknowledging my request nor has anyone come out to have the ceiling cleaned. I can see the dust falling from my ceiling onto my bed when the sun is shining through the windows. I wake up to bugs on my bed that have fallen from my ceiling on a daily basis. I will also be getting a full medical evaluation done in addition to my hefty lawsuit against Windsor Castle.

Super recommended! The attention at Windsor Castle Luxury Rental Community is spectacular. I was looking for advice in Spanish and Elizabeth resolved all my concerns. She was super friendly and attentive to details. Additionally, the place is divine! 10/10 I definitely recommend it!

This place is not what you think there is no luxury to this place they don’t fix anything right, when you have issues they take forever every to repair, there is no luxury here!
