I absolutely love the NP here but the people at the front desk are AWFUL and never know what’s going on. I go there every month, once a month and they never know why I’m there and try to charge me for something different every time I go. They are extremely rude and never helpful in anyway. I asked for documents showing my visits here and the woman looked at me like I had lost my mind and proceeded to tell me I have to pay $1 a piece for that information. I am going to find somewhere else to go as soon as I can. I hate it because the NP I see is so sweet but I can’t deal with the front desk women much longer. Do better, you see sick people everyday and I’ve watched you all treat them terrible as well. I wish I could give no stars if I’m being honest.

In reading through some of these comments, I strongly disagree. Dr. Ubani and Dr. Torres have both been my treating doctors for a very rare condition I have. And had it not been for their medical expertise, I wouldn't be here. So I thank them both for saving my life. They are both very understanding and patient. I will admit that I have waited past my appointment time on a few occasions. But I consider the fact that I am not the only person that that needs their time and help. They run a very busy medical practice, and just as your appointment may take longer with them, so may someone elses. I have been with this practice for almost 10 years. And I wouldn't change for anything.

They used to be nice years ago when I first started going there. But not anymore. Don't know what happened but now they're mean bullies! Did they forget that we're the customers that are paying for their services! I might be moving on!

I'm a new patient the first thing is how is it that the hrs of operation says one thing, however whenever I call I can't ever get an answer. Especially in the morning.
The next thing is my FMLA PAPERWORK. I've never in all my over 30yrs of working heard where you have to pay the the according to the hrs that the office is open. If you do Mon-Fri then it's $60 if I wanted to include the weekend then it's $80. I was floored by this. That is on top of my office visit. SMH.
My pharmacy has been calling the Dr Torres office for 4 days along myself to get my refill for my prescription. This so unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I normally see Dr. Ubani who is amazin. She was booked so, I agreed to see Dr. Torres. I immediately regretted my decision! He refused to refill my prescription for Adderall claiming that it is why I had a TIA and High BP. He said that I needed a release from the cardiologist, etc. I was livid. I'd been taking Adderrall and my BP was NORMAL. I had an adverse reaction to the COVID booster that sent my BP soaring and left me hospitalized. I wasn't taking Adderall when I had the TIA! Hadn't taken it for over a month. A doctor is suppose to LISTEN and review all my medical information before acting like the other 10 Dr's were wrong! He is rude and unprofessional. Check the reviews!

Dr. Agnes Ubani and Dr. Torres from Dr. Ubani's clinic addressed issues that no doctor for more than 50 years has been able to define. Vascular pain all over but especially in my legs, chest, digestive track and arms plagued me 24/7 for more than 50 years averaging 8 on the pain scale. Turned out the major vein in each leg has 2 valves that bring the blood to one's feet, close so the blood can be dispersed up the other leg to the heart and lungs. Dr. Ubani handled this issue. I discuss her help under her name. Almost all doctors diagnosed me with autoimmune, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, IBS, a basket of undefined illnesses, and more. I lost use of my hands, arms, on two occasions. One hundred per cent of the symptoms over the years indicated a heart attack, but heart tests indicated my heart was strong. However, Nitroglycerin under the tongue, fairly often staved off a stroke, even though other doctors don't understand why. I am 76. The only positive test while in the hospital was a stroke test. I have been to the hospital more than 10 times through the years, but until meeting Dr. Torres and ultimately Dr. Ubani from the same clinic, no one has been able to diagnosis me properly util I met them both. While I am a frustraing case, Dr. Torres like Dr. Ubani has never been anything but kind, considerate, and attuned to patient needs. For more than 50 years, every time I eat, take a pill of any kind, if it goes in my stomach, I double over in pain. Dr. Torres prescribed Pancreatic Enzymes, a fairly new drug called Zenpep even though there was not a conclusive test that indicates Zenpep. The first pill changed my life. Apparently, I don't have the proper enzymes to break down anything that goes into my stomach. He said that everything else had been tried to no avail. He followed this up with, "I listen to what the patient says". I knew this to be true. Both doctors, Dr. Torres and Dr. Ubani, from Dr. Ubani's Clinic, have not just saved my life, but have made me able to enjoy my life while making life for my husband, family and friends a much more fun, pleasant environment in which to live. I am so thankful to the bottom of my heart. "What wonderful doctors" is the least I could say, but how does one define the gratitude felt when one's life is a gift returned? Bless you both. This is truly the Best Family Health Care Center! After years of searching for a caring doctor and staff for my family. Once I found this location, I refuse to go anywhere else. I applauded the outstanding service!

Front desk staff is very incompetent and unpleasant to deal with. They don't know what they are doing and are often rude.

DR. Ubani is the best doctor I've ever seen. I have been seeing her for over 10 years. Super compassionate and very well mannered. Excellent bed side manners.
