Windsor (Pembroke Lakes Mall - Pembroke Pines, FL)

Placed an online order Oct. 4th for costume items. Order was sent to wrong address. It took me a while to figure out the issue… I called Customer Service many times & couldn’t contact a human. Resorted to online communication which is completely disjointed. They take no responsibility for address error & worst even, two doors down my neighbors say they didn’t receive a misaddressed package for me. I will dispute with my credit card company (haven’t had to process a dispute in years)? Sad because this “Dark Angel” costume would have been SO CUTE! “0 Stars. ”

Terrible experience no one greeted us the employees just looked at us like we were bothering them. I remember the previous employees would be so helpful it’s just not the same fun experience anymore. Terrible

RUTH IS THE TRUTH. Went to the store in pembroke pines, one of the best experiences. There was a salesperson in particular named Ruth that i feel really went a above and beyond to help my sister and me while looking for bridesmaids dresses. She was so patient and understanding. The dresses were nice and inexpensive compared to other places.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. If they dont have ur sizes there, they also place orders for you, free of charge.
Definently go visit, especially the Pembroke pines location (it's bigger than International malls location)
Ps. Baby girl Ruth needs a raise. I bought three gowns just cause of her help!

I love coming here. The clothes are great. The styles, color, variety is just great. I recommend this place.

Store is absolutely trashed, clothes looked worn and dirty. Staff is rude and not helpful to customers.

There return policy is horrible! It takes them forever to issue you your refund and calling customer service is definitely no help what so ever! I will never purchase another item from this store.
