Everything you want out of a Pizza Hut on the food side. Got to say I miss eating pizza with the family in those old brick buildings.

Worst Pizza Hut ever! Pulled up curbside, put that I was there on the app and waited. I waited 10 mins before calling. FINALLY got thru to someone and they said they would bring it out and then put me on hold, ok? I waited some more. I called again, but no one answered. I waited 1/2 hr and had to go in. I ordered curbside because I have a baby and I live in Florida. I didn't want to get out of the car with my baby in the car. They forgot my wings and one of the pizzas wasn't what I ordered. I just said, "whatever" and left. There were 2 Doordash guys there that were waiting before I got there. They were STILL there over 1/2 hr later waiting for their orders. Terrible! Never going back. Save your $$$ and go somewhere else!

Pizza Hut has been a staple of mine for years they have many locations in a variety of options to satisfy your hunger. As of lately though the competition's pretty stiff there's so many specialty shops out there with terrific tasting peach and not to mention that Little Caesars this turn it up both in price and value if you're in a pinch. My advice to Pizza Hut get some better ingredients.

If we could give zero starts we would, worst pizza, service and communication. So sad to see this as Pizza Hut was always a go to with my family.

Tried this establishment for the first time yesterday and didn't dissapoint. Ordered the NY style pizza for pick up and walked in; staff was kind amd pizza was hot. Pizza tasted great and they put the right amount of cheese and sauce. Cashier was kind enough to not charge us for marinara cups, and look forward to ordering again. Hope it stays this consistent when I order.

I ordered for delivery and got notifications only too have my order cancelled at the time of delivery. Yes I was charged for my order and when I called in the stoner child spoke to me like he was higher then boat dock gas.

On Saturday July 8th. I came in about 25min early to pick up my order of 10 pizzas for a party I placed a day in advanced on the app. When I showed up I just let the team member know I was there early and noticed it was a big order. He apologized that it hasn't started because he was alone. No worries on my part, I was in now rush. He cranked them out quickly, efficiently and had them ready on the dot. I always get good food from this pizza hut but this is more of a big shout out to your member who manages to take care of such a big order, on time and take care of all the other walk-ins.

Couldn't deliver within 4 miles of the restaurant. Switched my order to carryout without notice. Pizza was burned. Breadsticks were dry.

HORRIBLE! They used door dash instead of their own delivery driver so the pizza arrived a half hour late and was left at the door of the wrong building! Pizza was cold at delivery!

Shredded Beef BBQ pizza is the best original pan. Love that they didn’t stop making it. My mom and I would always start craving the BBQ pizza and run straight to Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza to be delivered. They told me 25 to 30 minutes. Pizza never came. I'll never get a pizza from pizza hut again.

We order from here all the time and haven’t had a bad experience… not sure what’s going on or if they are short staffed but my pizza showed up 30 minutes late and cold!

The melt thing is just a greasy mess. And thin crust pizza is no better than frozen pizza.

Pizza was ready by the time I got there, which was no more than 10 minutes from time of order and the staff was friendly, welcoming and eager to provide a quality product with excellent customer service. Definitely made me feel valued and my patronage appreciated. Will definitely frequent again.

I just bought the meat melts for the first and last time. The top of it was a little overcooked and the bottom wasn’t cooked enough and was wet and greasy.

Cold pizza from a food uber, no insulated bag. Just a front seat pizza from a stranger with nothing protecting the food. At least McDonalds puts a sticker on the bag for food Ubers. This pizza went in the trash. The manager hung the phone up while asking about food safety.

Food is always good and delivery is normally good as well, except for tonight. The delivery driver did not follow the notes I put on my order to NOT knock or right the doorbell. Also check off contactless delivery which normally means they just leave it at the door. Driver knocked, dogs went crazy, our baby we just put down woke up screaming. I spoke to him on the ring doorbell and asked him to just leave it at the front door. He was very rude when I requested he did this. I am very disappointed in the delivery service I received today and hope this get corrected. ORDER #3230205162510001332038633
