I came in 30 min before closing, the food was so fresh and fast. I guess I came at the right time. Everything was PERFECT

Brunch menu is mostly pork. Very limited menu. Never been to brunch without an option for waffles or any style of eggs. Besides the options the Cap'n Crunch pancakes taste uncooked and of mostly batter. The granola oats parfait was warm. I would never give them a second chance.

The cooking associate is touching the chicken with there hands WITHOUT gloves. Then touch the register then touch the bag food. All this without wash there hands. All without no GLOVES.

Slow service, many of our food were cooked to well done even though most were requested to be medium rare.

We ordered online, waited 15 minutes before leaving home, drove 15 minutes to the restaurant and still had to wait 30 minutes for my order! No apology for the wait

Subpar customer service. Food was ok but so salty. Fry cook had no gloves on touching raw chicken and I did not see him wash his hands before touching the counter

Aweful. Ordered on line and then called to see if it was ready, they said yes. Drove up there to pick it up and it wasn't ready. Then waited 15 mins for our food. No one cared, and they were unstaffed on nfl opening day. That's bad management. We won't be back.

I live for their Lemon Pepper Wings & Sweet tea. Such an awesome staff as well. Wing Stop is an addiction I must have once per week!

All though the wings are delicious, i feel like the quality could have been better. The friendliness was what made up for the quality.

I love the Wing Stop! I have a Thursday night date every week at Wing Stop. The staff is very attentive and knows my order by hard. Foods is always served to perfection and is sooooo good!

The best wings in the chicken wang game. My favorites Louisiana Rub, Cajun, and Hot.yummy. The side items are ok at best. My opinion, stick with the wings and carrot & celery (if you like veggies).

The service is good however the food not so much when you order take out. Wings are too greasy, too much salt. I asked for fries with light salt and when i got yhem, they were oversalted. Not the first time i’ve eaten here but it will be the last. Couldn’t even finish the wings because they were sooo greasy it was disgusting

Happen to be in the area and needed something quick to get and take home. Friendly and attentive.

This was my first time eating here. Upon entering, the place was larger than I thought. It was also clean. The food was made to order, however served quickly and correctly. The original hot wings were just Ok, though. They don't serve liquor, but you can get a couple of different types of beer. I'll try them again.

This will be my last time eating at this place the wings are not all that, my drink tasted watery, the fries are never fresh they always burnt. This is the last and final time eating here.

This review isn't about the wings -which are obviously good- but about the service I receive every time I go to this location. The staff are always so welcoming and pleasant. Some how good customer service makes the food taste better. Lol

Very Nice cashier who took our order. Young lady with pink lipstick. She advise me on the best price meal to feed my entire family! Thank you Miss Lady! You rock!

***EAT ANYWHERE ELSE*** Ordered online and went into the store to pay for my food only to sit and wait while the manager and the coworker argued for thirty minutes. Once I went up and asked about my order, I was debated with by the manager on how long I had been waiting even though I had the time on the receipt which clearly showed it. I was told that it had been ready when i got there but was sitting in the back. The manager said the reason was because they were arguing so the employee did not call my name. Not the first time I have received bad customer service from this place. Will not be returning.

Decent wings (but not nearly the best ever) and a friendly staff, plus decent prices, add up to a good value overall.

Dear Wingstop,
I want to apologize n confess that I cheated on you today. I visited Wing House with my husband in Altamonte Springs and the entire time after receiving n tasting there wings, we were talking about what a mistake it was going there and how we should've gone to you. There wings had absolutely no taste, well only the ones in the garlic sauce did. I'm actually not even feeling that good right now stomach wise, had to find something minty to chew on to get the nasty chicken taste out of my mouth.

I haven't found a place yet that compares to your flavory wings, fries, sauce, ranch, drinks n fresh veges.
