The staff at this wing stop is terrible, had to repeat my order 4+ times because the woman taking the order wanted to listen to her music rather than listen to a customer. She repeated the order back to us and be be corrected 2 time. The food was fine outside of putting the wrong seasoning in the fries~it’s Wingstop the food is always good

Terrible customer service. Stealing food from customers. Food often undercooked, employees are very rude and disrespectful to customers and DD drivers who pick up or food. This store needs a whole new batch of employees

I usually don’t write reviews and I never really read reviews for chain restaurants. I’m only writing this because I’m hoping something will change. I’ve ordered from Wingstop twice in the past couple weeks and every time I go to pick up my order it has been given to another person, and I have to wait in an additional 35 minutes to get my order. No compensation was offered for the wast of my time not even an apology.

35 minutes for a to-go order placed online at 530 on a Sunday when I was quoted 10 minutes.
Fries were soggy and inedible, not nearly cooked enough.
Wings had next to no sauce.
Restaurant was empty yet somehow dirty.
Will not be back.

This place was spotless cleanest I ever seen the general manager Tamara Ivy the best customer service I’ve seen in a fast food joint she is the epitome of what customer service is she speaks well she really is the core front for this company my food was fresh and correct no errors her work area in the kitchen OMG SPOTLESS NO FOOD ALL OVER TE FLOORS bathroom spotless I mean and the time frame of wait for food was perfect I would give it ten or twelve or twenty stars I will return and I will definitely be giving recommendations to everyone I know great place great workers communication skills are on point between these ladies love it great place.

All I can say is these wings were delicious! The cashier was friendly, food ready on time for pickup, perfectly done (we req well done), yummy dinner! We will be back!

Wingstop is a hit or miss. This location usually does well but you just never know when. I’ve been going to Wingstop for years and I have been getting more misses lately than hits. My chicken was fat, not seasoned and sitting in grease. I was so grossed out. I gave 2 stars because the dog liked it and the ranch is always good. I give up on Wingstop!

I originally arrived to the restaurant to get the Cajun wing meal that was advertised, believing that it was some sort of special, but ordering the Cajun wing meal was the exact same price as ordering a regular wing meal, which is false advertisement. The cashier who took our order seemed okay just a little loud. There wasn’t much of a long wait for a food since we were one of three people there. When we went to sit down, we noticed that there were two children sitting in the back who were probably 2 and 4 years old, who seem to belong to the cashier, who took our order, the children were running around in the lobby, and as well as behind the register. At one point one of the children threw their shoe at my friend (assault), and while the children were running around the store, the cashier did nothing to stop them. In fact, she encouraged them. If you look in the photos, added, you see a book bag, a tablet that belongs to the children, which means they have been there all day. Also the staff were wearing AirPods and not wearing proper nonslip shoes.when we got our food the wings were hot but the fries were warm which makes no sense if the wings are cooked before the fries overall, I would give this experience a one star out of five the food was below average, nothing to brag about but the atmosphere and the service needs improvement.

We sat in and the food was piping hot and delicious. The lady at the front was quick and nice, and the gentleman cooking up our food was very nice too. We were iffy to come here because of the reviews but like I told my husband, I'm glad we didn't listen to the reviews this time.

It's definitely one of my top 5 places for when I don't want to cook and have to feed 6 children

Food is decent but your fries will most likely be burnt. The staff is nice but overall the store could use improvement

Greasy wings, burnt french fries, worst food ever. Sad to have spent money there. Couldn't tell with the sealed bag as if it was safe? Change your grease, 1 employee with real personal family issues. Cursed on the blue tooth for all the customers to hear. Real sad restaurant. Good luck

Great lemon pepper wings, but most importantly great customer service. Lately they always seem super busy/short staffed, the employees that I encounter are always pleasant, polite, and when mistakes are made, go above and beyond to make it right.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Do NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE! I placed an order online, when I got my order my fries was burnt like it has been cooked three to four times! And when I went inside to ask the employee if I could please get these fries fresh, she had an attitude and slammed the fry basket and put the fries I just gave her back in the same basket. I immediately decided I wanted a refund, she starts yelling at me and using profanity towards me. And another customer said that “There’s no reason to be disrespectful and rude to customers “. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOOTAGE AT THIS LOCATION! I am so disappointed in the customer service I received today. NEVER AGAIN

A little busy upon arrival for pick up. I didn't like the machine was out of certain drinks and the 'sweet tea was "spoiled nasty tea". The girls enjoyed their chicken, but those fries were more skin and dry.uck!

Food had very little flavor regardless of the sauces. Paid for Cajun corn and it wasn’t even delivered. Been on hold for nearly ten minutes, never going back

Wife was nearly taken to the hospital because they overcooked the wings so badly that it was impossible to tell what was chicken and what was bone. She swallowed a sharp piece of bone which punctured her GI tract and she ended up throwing up blood and very nearly thought she was going to die. This place is so poorly run I don't know how it stays in business. I tried to call two times the next day to complain and either time do they answer the phone. I have ordered from them one other time and on this other occasion the order was completely messed up just the same but fortunately no sharp chicken bones were aspirated. You take one look at the employees here and you'll know exactly what the problem is. It's very dark one for sure.

Had to drive all the way back for missing 20 piece, employees were on their phones, called beforehand to let them know and was on hold for 10 minutes. I won’t come back to this location ever again, just drive 10 extra minutes and go to the one on Atlantic
