Wingstop, Clearwater FL

Not sure what happened here. They literally haven’t gotten one of our last three orders right over the last several months. Food missing every time. We order fries well done but got soggy fries. Sure, you’ll refund me but now I don’t have food for the relatives that just drove 5 hours into town.

Restaurant is ABSOLUTELY filthy. There are so many spots in this place you can tell have probably NEVER been cleaned. (Like the floor, where my shoes were almost GLUED to the floor.)

What can I say, the food is delicious. But this review is about the staff, shout out to this crew who is working extremely hard to make delicious food. While orders are steadily coming in, it is hard to miss what a team effort it is to complete each order and they are still greeting people as they walk through the door. I am continuously impressed each and every time we come here and get food, it is like a well orchestrated symphony. Thank you for what you do, our family recognizes your hard work and are grateful that you care.

We liked it, the combo with 4 types of boneless wings and fries was delicious, i.e. We recommend it to others

It was amazing food and amazing service. Big shout out to Ron Coffee who is the manager. He definitely made us feel welcome. Will be back soon.

I just wanted to leave a review because this was my first time ever visiting this restaurant, and I was helped by Olivia at the cash register. She was very very sweet and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions because I had never been there before. There was one other employee in the back cooking he came up to the front for a minute and was also very pleasant. The store looked clean. Food was so so… Overall I would return again.

The wings were dry and nasty. There was no seasoning on it like i asked for when i placed my order. I like my wings with sauce and to be seasoned. When customers ask for their food to be cooked a certain way thats how they should do it instead of doing what they want to do theyre not the one who eating the food

The place is nasty. You smell dirty oil when you walk in. I walked up to the counter, 3 guys in the kitchen area. No one spoke to me just looked. One of the guys was standing around chatting with his coworkers. Looked at me a couple of times never acknowledged me. After standing at the counter for at least 5 minute's I left. I will never go back to this nasty rude establishment again!

After 11PM the guys here become slow. Hard to communicate with the Employees when the Music is playing on the Bluetooth Speakers. Took +40 minutes for a 10 Wing Meal. The guy at counter would walk back to help with preparing food without washing or gloving his hands after handling Money. Every time an order went down in the Vat it was cooked then thrown to another metal net this was for those there to take home after work. The employees saying they are making sure they get theirs to go home. My Brother Ray was confused along with the rest of us why the wait had to be so long. Each order had to wait on the Employees to mess with their phones or one worker going back and forth getting a drink for himself. Or the other worker taking care of Garbage and seeing how far he could sling the garbage can without it falling over. Neither washed their hands. The guy that was handling the counter never washed his hands. I will say the two cooks had to stop preparing the food to come out and prepare the drinks. I told the one cook with the Bandana I would get the drink if he gave me the cup.

Then there was a Door Dash guy that had waited +50 Minutes he spoke up about when it would be done counter guy stated every time he comes in there it's always going to be 45-60 minute wait. "That's the Wing Stop Way! " Check the Cameras of Kitchen and Lobby everything stated here is on the recording from those cameras 10/12 Thursday Night. Counter Guy wouldn't make a Drink. Wouldn't Bag a order.

Door Dash guy said he recorded the situation. The guy running the counter proceeded to follow this guy out to his Vehicle! I can honestly say I would be upset waiting an hour for a order delivering to a customer from a delivery app. Those people make what $5-$6 per order? This crew obviously has issues. Between not washing hands after handling Money and Garbage. To making sure their food is ready to go home rather than taking care of the 5 or 6 customers waiting for their orders in the Lobby.

When the Girl is working here the Service is more efficient and seamless. I come in after work three to four days a week spending
+$20. From the behavior witnessed last night I will go to Largo Mall Wing Stop or up to the Palm Harbor Location.

This Store hasnt been right at night unless shen is rushing around helping everyone with their work. I don't know her other than here don't know how much she makes but it probably isn't enough! Customer Service shouldn't be "I'll get mines" as was stated by these Employees. Customers that are paying should come first even if it me after work or a UberEATS driver trying to make a side hustle.

Following a person out to their car is a bit much! Which seems way to Personal for a Wing Stop Counter Employee. Never know about safety. That put everyone's Safety there in a unsafe position. If anything else Safety should be held to the highest level.

The food was delicious but I saw everyone working except 1 person. He was upfront working very slow and on his phone while everyone else was trying to get the food out. 10/12/23

Store Manager Ronald was such a great help. I had a some complications on my order and Ronald went above and beyond to help me get everything resolved.

As approaching the door. I just felt this place wasn’t going to be clean. As you can see, the front entrance is filthy, needs power washing. So we ordered and they gave us cups to go to this machine that was molded plastic, and had a screen to choose out drink. The whole thing was splattered with different drink splatter. So we sat down and while waiting for our food, suiting in front of kitchen, I looked up and saw this splatter from the pans that are supposed to be slid in brackets to hold the sauces, covered. But they don’t use that feature. So hers the pics… you decide!

Wingstop, particularly this one, is incredible.

Super awesome staff, quick food prep, and they're so kind. I want to especially thank Isaiah and Ron Coffee, awesome dudes!

It was also my birthday, and they made me feel super welcome coming in and ordering. 10/10.

Big Buffy dude acted like he was losing money giving me a sauce packet like it was coming outta his paycheck. The wings were way too dry and didn't have nearly enough sauce on them which is why I had to argue with the worker to even have wet enough wings to eat. Never eating here again. Terrible experience and a waste of money.
