And after the long wait (30 MINS OR MORE) the food is a disappointment

I ordered food at 5pm to be delivered for my break at work at 8pm (3 HOURS in advance) …when the food didn’t arrive by 8: 10pm i had to Call the Delivery driver in order to find out he hadn’t even left yet because there was a problem at the restaurant…it literally took 10 minutes to get a hold of a human being on the phone in store, only to get hung up on and have to go through that whole 10 minute process again trying to find out where my food was? !? ! …finally, i was told that the store had 80+ orders backlog and they didn’t even know when i could get my food! …so i cancelled because my break was Over with by that time…ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings (which wasn’t much better of an experience unfortunately) …Thanks a lot Wingstop.

Worst customers service ever. I have a disability in my voice chord and so my voice is very low. The cashier (Aleaha) looking at me and laughing and saying “well I cant hear you so” seriously? You cant lean little forward and help me out? Sometime I wonder where businesses find and hire these people

Spoke to an employee over phone to place an order, they assured me I could pay with cash. I get here and they say they cannot take 100s (not mentioned on phone nor is there a sign ANYWHERE stating they don't take big bills.) Spoke to a male manager and he states it's "just policy" if it were policy there should be a sign somewhere. When I asked if there were any banks around, they ignored me lol. Terrible staff, I will be calling to speak to someone about this tomorrow. It's so sad they would rather waste $30 worth of food rather than accept legal money.

It was about half priced value. Basically, we paid double for half quantity and quality. It's McDonald's quantity and quality at Hooters prices. I would definitely change my mind if given a free second dining experience. However, I am at this point not returning.

People at wingstop are the sweetest and a most amazing people that I've ever met. No matter who it is, they are so sweet. If I accidentally order something wrong they want to fix it. Prices are wonderful their food is just the best

Hi not really a great place to write home about. Wings are pretty good not bad.the only problem is the staffing I understand understand but at least guys have a better attitude there are plenty that would love to be working. Rude disrespectful I went in stood there forever it seemed finally asked if picking up a order I said no place one it was like me bothering them to put in a order. Comments made like great another order. When someone came up asked if ok to order my response was it will be 19 to 20 minutes nothing more.i suggest order online or phone get your order and go. Last time I will visit this place like this everytime like they don't care just going thru the process to look good sry for any inconvenience plenty out there like millers ale house right around the corner better wing and service a real mess there that might be to late to straighten up.good wings if you can get them

Food is always good but it's never ready in a timely manner. Expect to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after your order is supposed to be ready.

Waited 40 min for our food. They don’t know how to prioritize people who are there to eat. People that have take out can wait. Especially when I see a whole rack filled with orders and nobody around but people still waiting for their food.

Just got my wings and they were literally sitting in an inch of cooking oil. I have never seen anything like that in my life. Someone really thought that was ok to send to a customer? Not ordering from here ever again!

It took an hour and a half for my order to be ready. I called ready to give the benefit of the doubt. But when the employee answered and I asked what was going on they hung up on me. Can't understand how they're in business.

Ordered a 10 piece lemon herb remix wings. Got home, and realized they gave me 10 spicy wings with red sauce. Called up to the store & explained what happened. Offered to return the incorrect wings. Drove back to get the correct wings. Cashier was very nice, however the “manager” was super rude. Wouldn’t even address me, just told the cashier to bring her the incorrect wings. Wasn’t given an apology or an estimate on how long it would take to re-make my food. Been sitting here 30 minutes with no food still… won’t be coming back here

I want to say that I think it’s rude as if a person want to mix they flavor of wings they should be able to especially if they are paying for it complaining about the dishes and how much work it would be to do that is just not right you should want to make the customer happy however I feel like it’s been rude in places every since the pandemic and this is why I don’t eat out like that at all no more and wingstop will no longer get my money and the gm manager is very rude and sarcastic it’s not even funny he is not a person to talk to at all very rude and I don’t appreciate his approach of things but I know he has someone over him and I will be making it my biz to address the issue with them and last, but not least if you only order wings, they do not give you ranch or blue cheese. You have to get a combo that makes no sense whatsoever. However, I think that is stupid so basically, if you order wings, you have to pay an additional dollar and $. 60 to get ranch dressing with it or whatever dipping sauce is your preference

Music is so loud I could not hear the waitress. It took forever to get. The food was hot and good.

Ordered from the app for pickup. Got the corn cob slices. They were on the dry side, seasoned ok. The boneless Chicken wings were ok. The texture on some did not seem right. Like white or dark meat when pulled apart. The lemon chicken was very salty. The parking lot is relatively tight. You would generally have to park a couple of rows back. No handicap parking spaces by the main entrance.
