Wingstop, St. Petersburg FL

I came in today I picked up my online order 1/6/24 12: 20 the young lady, who helped me is Kamariah great customer service I did the survey I don’t know if I did it right but I hope so,

Wings were too small to charge that much. I’ve been too many wings stops and although they can be a bit expensive it’s usually worth it. This time I was really disappointed, it’s too expensive to be sending wings out half the size they should be

Bro…ordered a chicken sandwich, and a 8 piece wing combo. It’s been 45 minutes and it still hasn’t come out. Employees are just talking in the back. Management sucks. They’re rude, and I feel like it’s not too much to ask. McDonald’s would’ve had this out in a min.

Idk why this place has such bad reviews. We went in and ordered our food to go. Food was bomb and came out hot. Staff were friendly too

Cooking and touching food with no gloves watch two people go outside then come back in and start touching food

Upon biting into one of the four Lemon Pepper flavored chicken tenders that I ordered as an "add-on"; I immediately was greeted with a kiss of lemon juice! The black pepper seasoning was the perfect compliment to the lemon juice.

The Garlic Parmesan flavored chicken tenders that I ordered were sooooooooooo delicious that I felt like the Garlic and Parmesan were teammates. The blend was soooooooo "on point" that my taste buds felt like Garlic and Parmesan gave each other a victorious high five! The blend is like Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal. LeBron James and Dwayne Wade! In other words. ELITE CHAMPIONSHIP STATUS!

The fries were seasoned with just the right touch of lemon pepper seasoning.

Needless to say. I devoured this entire meal.

This place is the worst, they open at noon and pickup time was 12: 15pm. Fries was completely cold n soggy and the wings were barely warm. They just opened and served us cold food. Trash establishment

Everytime i come in here it takes 10+ minutes to get an order that should have already been ready

I absolutely hate going to this Wingstop, but my son loves it, because the food is great, but they are incredibly slow! There is no urgency to get your order out, the guy in the back is doing a great job cranking out orders, but once ready they sit in the back forever until the employees can stop chatting long enough to pack them up. Oh they may be nice and chatty with the customers sure, but you have a job to do as well. I have never waited less than 45 minutes for my food, even ordering ahead and given a 16-20 minute window. Btw, you DO NOT need my last name when I pick up, you call my name, state what my order is, and let me go on my way.

This was the best wingstop experience I have ever had. Everyone was so kind and made sure our order came out quickly and correct. 10/10 experience here!

When you order wings, it's almost twice the price for 'bone in'. So I ordered boneless. They were not wings, they were lumps of breast. Don't call them wings if they're not wings, it's a totally different thing.

Service was non existent. Weren’t even asking people if they needed to order or pickup or delivery or whatever. Just a room full of confused people and a girl yelling out order names and ignoring everyone who tried to grab her attention. Another older woman was also helping but was rude when involved to both employees and customers.

It was madness. Wings ended up being alright but I hesitate to order again if I have to go deal with that on pickup.

Extremely long wait times. Substituted a drink on an order without asking myself or the customer.

Waited in line to order for a good 10 minutes, I was second in line. The workers can see a line but will not acknowledge you. Additionally, the women mixing the sauces wasn’t wearing gloves. I just walked right out.

Always at least 30mins to get a 6 piece order. Never have enough staff so food takes forever.
