Wingstop, Jacksonville FL

Most first time ever visiting this place today and the entire staff was outside of the restaurant screaming and fighting. Literally the kitchen was empty and the restaurant was full of confused and upset customers. I waited over an hour for my food. Then the manager had the nerve to curse out an upset customer. Same on Wingstop. I will never step foot in this place again.

The staff was very nice and professional.i would recommend everyone to visit. An enjoy the experience of the best Wingstop n Jacksonville

Ordered Doordarsh got delivery first no voodoo fries and chicken sandwiches were on stale buns, not worth the money

Please oh please call this wing stop if you want to be hung up on or have band customer service. We were simply trying to cancel our order and the person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on us 3 times I believe her name was Aspa might have been a made up name but either way 0 out 10 for this place I wish I could give less the. 1 star!

I sat there for 15 minutes just for them to tell me they not accepting any more orders nobody said anything to me when I walked in nobody acknowledged me I sat there PATIENTLY and the girl clearly seen me looked at me and did not say a thing

Very rude staff. I walked in and one of the ladies was being racist towards one of the customers. Then I proceeded to wait an additional 10 mins for my food when I had already ordered ahead of time. It was just sitting there on the counter and I wasn’t being helped at all. Overall - I kind of wish I could give this place no stars

I am so tired of this plaaaaace. I will never go back. I used to love the food here and the last few times I have gone they have had no interest in actually taking my order and cooking the food the way I asked for it. I literally asked three times to make sure the wings were well done this time…when I ordered, then I confirmed with the lady who took my order that they were going to be well done and then I asked the lady who handed me the bag if they were well done and she said yes.

They weren’t well done. Not even close. I cannot eat slimy wings and that used to be the best part of wingstop is getting crunchy wings but this is the third time in a row they couldn’t be bothered so I will not ever be bothered by coming in here again. Too frustrating of an experience. Too many good wing places out there to put up with it seriously.

I had a bad experience. The cashier mumbled a lot so I couldn't hear what she was saying. We waited an hour for our food to be prepared and when we opened the bag it was not what we ordered. I don't feel like 6 wings and a drink is worth $15 here.

My FIRST time ever eating here. Once I walked in I was greeted properly - asked was I here for pick up or needed to order. My order was taken very quickly and my food came out after almost 15 minutes which was fine. All my food was Very Fresh and delicious I would definitely eat at a Wingstop again!

How about hiring employees who use professional business phone etiquette on the phone. That's a start.

Go to another Wingstop this location gives the franchise a bad name.sauces watered down, fries unseasoned, something was off putting about our wings.the only thing worse than the food was the horrible service rude staff arguing about who's leaving first

First the attitude of the cashier was really BAD, we went there because my kids wanted to try it, but definitely NOT going there AGAIN, the food is bad this is something that you want to throw in the garbage. By the way I give 1 star because that’s the only way to write a review other wise I will give them 0.

Customer service is horrible here. They act as though they don’t want to help you here! Maybe I’ll try another location.

I usually enjoy wingstop, but I ordered to go from this location and was disappointed. Wings and tenders were overcooked but still OK. The fries were awful, way under-seasoned, and there was no consistency in the size of the fries. Some were wide as my finger, these were oily and undercooked, and the rest were about as thin (and hard) as chopsticks.
It seemed like there was only one person working, so maybe it was just an off night, but I'm not sure I'd risk another visit

Ordered delivery and the food arrived hot and fresh. Wings were great and we had lots of carrots and celery.

I walked in to an empty and was never greeted or even acknowledged but as I go to walk out of the store a Caucasian man walks into the store and two employees greeted him and immediately began to question him. This is sad and poor service from one of my favorites. Hope it doesn’t happen to you
