Now and then sales prices at food stores may not ring up at the cash register with the discounted price. At some stores such as Publix it is rare. But, this is a CONSTANT problem at Winn Dixie at 11030 NW 7th Ave, Miami. Customers, please check your receipts IMMEDIATELY as this store's sales prices on MANY items won't ring up as a sale at the cash register even with the SE Grocers Rewards card. The management and customer service crew seem to be quite aware of this problem. So, they brushes it off by quickly giving a refund after customers have to stand in a long line to get to speak to them. This wasn't a problem years ago. But, couple years ago, new managers were assigned, and they are quite different from the majority population who frequents that store. Since that change, the friendly, warm service is no longer present and the store is plagued with sales pricings that mislead valued customers. Is someone there profiting off unsuspecting customers who are not checking their receipts

So they never have the sale items, I went in there on 2/28/2021, for the garlic and herb butter I use on my Onion bagels and needless to say, theirs no garlic butter and no Thomas onion bagels which by the way sale a lot more then the original, raisin and everything bagels, look guys tight n up! Get it together on what sales and makes money they have, very rude cashier's who tell you you can't shop in there store unless you have a winn dixie card! How rude and disrespectful!? And this garlic butter sale that's on sale 2/$4.

I went yesterday. It was clean and I had no problems with anyone. I love Winn Dixie and this is the closest one to me but I have to take 3 buses to get there so doing groceries there is not feasible for me. I just go to get hot meals sometimes. I noticed that they deliver so I'm going to check that out. Regarding the hot meals, the food is good but this WD is skimpy with the sides. I used to go to the one on NW 11 St and 11 Ave and there they give you a lot more food.

Honestly I would have rathered spend my money somewhere else, given this was the only place that was open I had no other choice. 10 minutes before closing and employees start arguing about not taking care of customers in a good and unprofessional way. If you don’t like your job might as well quit. The manager should do something about this type of behavior.

It is a very large supermarket. It has high quality merchandise within immense variety. Their services are good and the atmosphere is wonderful. Great shopping experience!

This store has inflated prices and at times I've tried to sell reduce expired food. Their bathroom looks worse than any nasty gas station. I have been coming here for years and have tried to address the expired food with no results. That being said the cashiers are polite and do their jobs well.

I needed to refill my prescription. Call the store several times no answer. I called another store to see if it's every store that doesn't answer. The other store recording came on like it should. So I will be changing to the other store for my prescription. They need to fix that problem or they will loss alot more customers. Bad business.

Sometimes meat dept have the weekend specials if you are lucky. Won't get it after 6: pm. Because they never have it and when you ask they say its coming tomorrow. When you go back tomorrow it's still nothing. They never have it the next day.

Winn-Dixie is a wonderful supermarket. They've been around, longer than I and my mom have been alive. And I'm 55 years old. They used to call them the beef people. All the stores are clean. Great customer service. Employees are wonderful, and very helpful. Handicap disability parking lot free parking. Disability access, for restrooms as well. Great Meats. Great sales. Become a member. It's very simple. You go online. And apply. You will get perks. What do I mean by that? You earn points, towards gasoline, at any local Sunoco gas station. And with membership, you get too, enjoy the buy one get one free items. And all year round, sales, and discounts. It really is a great place to shop. They have a wonderful Deli, and food court. They sell delicious rotisserie chicken. And Spanish style food. Their macaroni and cheese is to die for. I take my hat off, to the CEOs, of Winn-Dixie supermarket. They are really on top of their game. I hope I was helpful. David Lawrence signing out. I will be be back, with new and refreshing reviews later today. Hope I was very helpful, I hope this message finds everyone well. Enjoy your Columbus Day.

Twice I've had small incidents at the customer service/lotto register with managers. You're representing a big company. It's your store, take care of your customers. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Bad attitude.

My favorite go to grocery store. All the managers and workers know me and I feel at home coming here Bc they always smile and speak to me. I love that.

There is one employee (gentleman) that is excellent, greet you with a smile, offer assistance and provide it. Other staff don't acknowledge your presence, don't offer any assistance. The produce section has too many flies.

I did not expect for things to turn out the way they did however; I am very thankful they did. I went to Winn-Dixie because I needed to pick up a Western Union payment & it was in close proximity to my daughter's college. I got there and the young lady in the Services Dept.told me she couldn't do any payouts yet. I asked her to repeat what she'd said and when she did, I asked her why. Just then another lady from the back came out and asked me how much. To make a long story short, my day turned around in a split second and I was able to help my daughter shop for the necessities that she needed for school. I couldn't thank the lady enough but she disappeared in an instant.

Clean today. Chicken wings with $2.00 off marked, 1 was bad, bubbles in the liquid. Don't ever trust their sandwich meat section. Meat is always either bad or going bad, maybe a fridgeration issue. Lines were a little lengthy, only 3 were open plus customer service.

I love to grocery shop at Winn- Dixie, they have great deals and the fruit and vegetables are always fresh. I just wish one day they would have a good deal on the seafood.

Well. I grew up in this area and a lot has change but much remains the same. This Winn Dixie has been here for more then 30 years. It's fairly clean and you can still find all of your preferred name brand food. As the ethnic population slowly changes sadly the store and brand names will too. Considering there are two nearby ethnic grocery stores in the area I truly hope Winn Dixie remains true to the customers that currently patronize them and need them.
