Winn-Dixie, Jacksonville FL

Went Downhill since Bilo bought them. Some still use the Winn/Dixie name while some use the name Harvey's. I've shopped there for many years. Now they are never properly stocked. Things I've always purchased now I find out of stock and it doesn't matter what day if the week it is. I'm switching my shopping right down the street one red light to Publix or a little farther to Walmart.

Nice store, there several years ago, scared off by the cashier who put his hand to my face, Lawrence powell, Wayne Williams ect

Local store to me. I've been shopping here for a few months, since just b4 covid hit. The place is amazing, the workers are always so nice. The reason I'm putting this in now, is bc of a person in the Bakery. She has helped me out today, I believe her name is Diane. I came in looking for Brioche bread for French toast, and she helped me out immediately. This is the service I like seeing. I will always continue to come back to this store.

Another person that has helped me out in the past is a young man named Diamond (is that his real name? Either way.), he has helped out a great deal too. I believe his department is Frozen.

Both of these people know what Great Customer Service is, and I thank you.

Went to the Winn-Dixie store on the corner of Normandy and Fouraker around 8: 30 pm on August 28. Noticed while I was in the checkout line that the cashier at another register was wearing her mask below her chin while ringing up customers. What was so funny about it is the store’s intercom was encouraging everyone to wear a mask. If Winn-Dixie employees doesn’t take mask wearing seriously why should anyone else.

Fast paced cashier's. Love the smiling faces! Concerned about the sizes of the Apple's. Could they be steroid fed?

A little bit pricey, but still my favorite store. Love the workers and the managers are outstanding.

Love the pharmacy! The pharmacy is like the ones when I was a child. The sraff knows who we are when we walk in. They help us stay on top of our meds. And lirrle to no wait time.

Nice place great time nice environment people are really great enjoy the whole time a lot cleaner than other places that I've been the managers are really nice all around great experience

Efficient cashier's. Helpful stockers. Most of the time they have what I need.

Only issue I ever had with this location was one night it was 9: 40p.m. And I went to grab some cat litter and dog food and the doors were locked. The girl at the door said they were closed. But when you look at the door.they're open til 10p.m. Sooooo. That was not cool. However. The next day I got to speak with one of the assistant managers and they assured me it was not ok either and was not policy and gave me a gift card and a sincere apology.

The cashiers were readily available to help me unload my basket because I am disabled and offered to put the food in my car

Cleanliness a little under construction but overallthe cashiers are presentable but should be more welcoming.

Very friendly service. The store is always clean and well stocked. Prices are pretty good, especially on soda! Lol. Definitely recommend. Usually always more than one lane open!

Spoke to 3 of the employees and they all worked together to assist me in getting what I came after. Excellent management! !

I stood at service desk for 5 minutes. The cashier ignored me and then cleared out the register. I guess he was getting ready to leave or something. He looked right in my face as I stood at register. Wow! I eventually just walked out. They lost money today. I'll go to Walmart. Lol

Organized fun to walk around in see what's different on the shelves meat section, vegetable market check out the ladies.

I always find great prices on the things i want, and the amount of items they list on BOGO is insane! Not to mention digital coupons on their app. This is my first choice for grocery shopping because i definitely get more bang for my buck. This location is always clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly, courteous and helpful.they brought a handicap electric cart to my van for me. I love that store.

Twice my bags had a cockroaches painting the store just makes them move to another section will not be back rather go hungry

They don't have a CLUE how to organize their store or train their workers. Courtesy isn't even in their vocabulary.
