Grocery Store Winn-Dixie reviews
28 This store has just been remodeled and has the nicest staff and especially the people working in the pharmacy!
They always fill my meds really quick and super nice.
This is a nice Winn Dixie with lots to choose from. Staff was helpful and tried to help even if they didn't know where to find an item. Clean well maintained store.
For parents who participate with the WIC program. Winn Dixie is great for checkout purposes, lines are never obscenely long, there’s always multiple cashiers available at registers. Also, items are properly labeled for the WIC program. Cost otherwise are fairly higher but they have great sales and deals to offset that.
It's not a bad store. They've upped their appearance game lately. Not a fan of needing shipping club cards to enjoy the benefits of sales.
I sometimes pop in here for some quick items. But today broke the mold. I got very sick from eating the meat from the meat dept. I made spaghetti tonight and within an hour I was running to the bathroom. The package expiration date said 3/2/2021. Today is 2/28. I wouldn't trust anymore meat from here ever again. Once this happens I am DONE.
Awful. Some of their prices aren't bad, depending on what you're buying. What bugs me about this place is the masking, or should I say no-masking.
Some of the customers are highly intelligent shmoes who come waltzing in with no mask like it's no biggie. The security guard and the employees don't care. Half a million people have died, folks. Why are we doing this?
New to Gainesville.worn down by Publix and Walmart. If only Winn-Dixie carried Milo's tea I would be an instant converted shopper! Wow, super clean and amazingly well stocked inventory. Wonderful looking meat, seafood and veggies. I'll be back.
I love this place the new upgrade is amazing and its really. I enjoy coming here alott more now, stores alott cleaner and more open.
More cashiers and more self check out options.
The new makeover of the store is great! Still figuring out where everything moved to, but I'll adjust.
Got those Dungeness crabs.the girl in the seafood dept did a great job. I think her name is Tish.great attitude and excellent customer service!
Got a lot of new things going there with the new look and all. Staff largely young group of people. All seem to be very pleasant. Anytime I see improvements constantly going on that's a good thing
The items I wanted was out of stock, ask for assistance to c if they had any n stock n back, 'but of course the was out. As I was checking out the cashier said she can give me a raincheck I said ok, thanks As I walk out with my groceries already to my car the employee ran out and said u forgot your raincheck. Also I like wen I can get points and save on gas. THANKS WINN-DIXIE
The prices are not that bad but if you want any type of service you better be ready to either scream for any type of help or chase after them while they run away from anyone they think might need them to do any type of work.
This Winn Dixie is surprisingly nice inside considering how old the store is. The produce section was very organized and well stocked. If you have their rewards card you get some good deals. The only negative is the parking lot needs to be redone.
The store I go to is now the only one in Gainesville. Store front manager Laura is a dear sweet lady who will help you at every turn.
I like the supermarket very much. I have been shopping here for many years. They have specials, and a lot of times buy one get one free. The store is rarely crowded. And the parking lot is plentiful. They do have a liquor store attached to the main store. Which is convenient. Any time that I've ever been there, the people that work there are very friendly. I would recommend the store over other stores with the same concept. Not to mention any names.
It's good for bread and cheap deli meats but don't go there for milk or cheese because it expires early it seems
Should be named the store next door. WinnDixie has many locations and is always conveniently located for easy access. I love the seafood deli fresh meals microwave ready and affordable on any budget. However, the wings section needs improvement chicken is sometimes not fresh or look good.
The prices on the produce at the store are way too high for what is being offered! These are the prices you'd expect to pay in a high-quality Supermarket, such as Whole Foods, this place looks like garbage but, is really overpriced! I had one visit I shall never return!
Wasn't sure
how the store was going to be from the outside not that great but it's a beautiful store inside all the associates are Pleasant and friendly
