Grocery Store Winn-Dixie reviews
33Good selection, fair price, but tired dreary store needs a face lift. Nearby chain is similar, but lighting an display affect what you buy.
Good place to shop. Lots of deals. Clean rest room. The rotisserie chicken is not good at all. Publix has them beat. Small selection of fruits and vegetables. Not bad over all.
Store is almost always dirty. Most of the produce I get goes rotten within 2 days. And their SE Grocers brand sucks.
I nice mix of service and reasonable prices. You can go to less expensive stores, but the service will suck, or you can go to more expensive stores for better service. This, for me is a nice mix, and conveniently located, about a mile away.
Very clean, with many different deals and offers. I can always find what I'm looking for. Customer service is always a pleasure.
Never enough help given to long lines and you have to bag your own stuff most of the time employers great but they need more people power
I went to Winn-Dixie. I only needed a couple of things. Everyone was courteous, the store
was relatively clean and the layout of the store was simple to understand.
I visit this store daily, literally for one thing or another. I in fact like Winn Dixie and their prices are actually really good. The sales even better. They have a lot of Buy 1 Get 1 FREE. The employees at the Customer Service Desk are amazing. They are both very friendly and good at what they do and quickly. Now the cashiers and other staff some are great while others aren't that great but overall its a great grocery store with good customer service and great prices.
I come here to get the deals, mostly on chuck roast and other meat. I try to make it a quick in and out as I find this almost a depressing place to be. Most employees don't seem like they want to be there. That is, if you can find them at all in case you need help or have a question. Often, the specials are sold out, empty shelves. And check out lines are mostly loooong. I guess I'm spoiled by going to the Publix where customer service is spotless. My kids do like the little shopping carts they have here, and as I said before, good deals on meat.
My favorite spot for groceries. Plus theor hot bar has THE BEST HOME COOKING AROUND! Its a cozy market. No flash like Publix but better prices and "homey. "
Nice place with great people fighting to be relevant in a lower-middle class neighborhood. They have everything but can't compete with the mega stores.sad. I go to support the area.recommend everyone support this fine store.
I am not greeted by the employees when entering the store, or while I’m shopping (even if the empoyees are right in my face.) In fact, a few days ago when I was in the store this bald white guy was YELLING across the store to another employee. I shook my head because it was REALLY loud, and then he started mumbling under his breath something about me. I asked him what he said and he said “oh nothing” then I told him it’s rude to yell in front of the customers. He then denied this and hen proceeded to walk directly in my way on purpose. I had to ask him to move out of my way. I was also not greeted by the clerk girl at 10 items or less immediately following this incident. I informed her that I did not get a greeting, then she lied and said that she did greet me but I didn’t hear it. I was looking at her the whole time. Please train the employees to welcome to customers, because obviously nothing is being said to them and corporate is wasting their money on managemen. Customer service is HALF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. Otherwise I will go somewhere else.
Always well stocked, clean and friendly. We drive out of our way and pass Wal-Mart, Publix and Sav-a-lot it's that NICE
