Cashier shorted me $40 and I haven't left the parking lot. When I returned they took their time to count the money and still told me the drawer wasnt short but didnt want to check the camera. They are known for not giving u your money back

Picked up an $80+ back strap to make filet minion. Got home opened the package and gagged from the stench of rancid meat. Took it back and they gave me a refund. Went back the next day and they still had the rotten meat out for sale. The butcher and manager need to be fired.

This has to be the worst Winn-Dixie I have ever been to I have been here twice in the last week and could not buy lottery this store have to be ultimately the worst service I’ve ever had

Door was extremely crowded not all the registers are open they did not have enough help backing the groceries there was no one there to help a senior citizen with over $300 worth of groceries next time I'll go back to Publix

Packed with customers. Not nearly enough staff. No avail shopping carts. No hand sani at entrance. Told 10 min to get someone to help at fresh fish counter. Very limited stock. Will never shop here again.

Jennifer at custumer services register today 4/10/20, very rude and unprofessional, did not care about loyal customers of Win Dixie she did not care about the situation, it was just a question, unbelievable, she shouldn't be working direct with customers.

Winn-Dixie located in central Boca Raton. Great location within a large shopping center. This location recently updated. Well managed store, clean and well stocked. Great deli, bakery, meat, seafood, produce and a very large kosher selection. Their hot food service always offers comfort food and tasty options.

The store is close to my house so I go there more often than I would prefer. The store seems run down and they do not have as good a selection as Publix. There is overall atmosphere of apathy and poor service, except for Lolita who is very helpful.

The one item I went in for they were out of. Coffee cream! Generally a clean well stocked store

Very clean everybody's professional found everything I needed ASAP and if I can find it somebody knew exactly where it was. I was in and out in no time

Basic Winn-Dixie. Managers have worked hard to kept the store up! I haven't seen a remodeled W-D but hope it comes soon. 5 Stars for the Management, Assistants to the Stockers.

Not good. They stock food that people don't want. Forcing you to buy what they decide to stock. They told me they don't make the dog food I was buying for the last 10 years anymore. But every other store has it.

There are a couple of other WinnDixies in the area, and I would say this is the best in general. Their produce is not as fresh as I'd like it to be but I guess that's a norm in the company, as well as their meat selection not looking too "appealing ". Still OK.

Rare to find a Winn Dixie and even more uncommon to find one with good service, this one is pretty good.

I'm thinking 3.5 but Winn Dixie still carries products that I like that some stores don't carry anymore. And the only thing keeping me from going from the 3.5 star to a 5 star is this store is in desperate need of a remodel and needs a heavy cleaning.

This Winn Dixie is very nice, clean, & easy to get to right of off SR84. It has abundant parking but no shade to speak of. The beer selection is huge. Got to like that. You can always count on their deli for a nice hot lunch. They otherwise have everything you'd expect a grocery store to have. They always have some sort of sales, but be careful, prices usually apply only to their special members only thing.

I went to this location to get sugar and bread and as I was at the customer service counter a roach came crawling from under the cash register. If a roach can come out from under the cash register from the customer counter I can only imagine what’s in the bakery or on the vegetable isle. Mananager needs to put more attention to his store and have it clean and bugs free. This is a place of food no place for roaches!
