Winn-Dixie, Miami FL

Not a pleasant experience the few times I visited this location in September. The food and drink selection was good but cashing out was always a nightmare with long lines and confused angry workers. And forgot about there app its a joke.

I go here because it's close by but frequently they have expired food on the shelves, even have seen mold in the dairy section. Wish they had a wider selection of healthier brands.

1I went to Winn-Dixie I know produce section there are extremely high prices a tomato for 259 a pound I said what the hell and some other items too is high I went to Publix it almost double of the price than Winn-Dixie I do not know what's going on with this supermarket story today I went to Homestead farmer Store they have all type tomatoes $119 a pound

I am not pleased with this Winn-Dixie, because I have found several food items expired by a years worth, how you ask, I don't know. The place is dirty and messy, and there are always long lines, because they never have enough cashiers working. To top this off a customer was allowing their child to eat an unpaid jello and the child had spilled it all over the floor. The customer let the manager know and the manager called someone to clean it up several times, but was never cleaned up. Well, I ended up slipping and falling, because I was rushing to go pay for my items and completely forgot the spill was there and nobody had even placed a slip and fall sign. I was left there without any assistance. Other customers helped me up and I went on my way in pain. Mind you, I am a physically disabled individual.

Nasty attitude all employees have there.there was one standing infront of me trying to get to her register but I had to guess that she wanted me to move because she was just standing there expecting me to move.

Prices, selection Winn - Dixie reward cards helps out a lot to for my growing family. Thank you beef people even though I am a vegetarian, but your prices are the best.

What a difference a county makes. I lived in Fort Lauderdale and regularly shopped in my neighborhood Winn-Dixie. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Once I moved to Miami I started shopping at the Miami River Winn-Dixie. Wow! What a difference. The entire staff continually seems to be on the verge of a major life crisis. After several trips it is clear that everyone in there is miserable, rude, unkind, and unhelpful. I am looking for a new supermarket.

Rude employees. Terrible customer service. They throw this items, don't even have the decency to say hello and don't want to pack your items. Been going to this WD for years but the service has declined. I'll be spending a bit more at Publix but it's worth not leaving the supermarket with headache.

Hi Everyone, I had a nice Experience at this Winn-Dixie Location. Good thing they are open till midnight. Staff are Friendly & they keep all shelves organized, very Important. Happy Grocery Shopping Everyone! Be Safe!

Was here 2 summers ago btwn work appts. This was my spot for lunch every day! Came back after many moons. Deli is still awsome. Just like home cooked food.

Today was horrible.on a Sunday afternoon, they did not have shopping carts available, (not that there were a lot people.they just did not have carts). Also only 3 register open

Need to let the cashiers and other employees get back to work. Not enough cashiers. During the peak of Pandemic they worked them hard non stop, now that things have gotten better they only have 2/3 cashiers. Its to the point that the shopping carts are not by entrance for the shoppers neither‍️

Oversized muscular dude wearing small red company shirt was playing deaf today when I asked him 3 times for directions, he kept angrily smashing frozen bags in the middle of the store putting them on the shelves as if I didn't exist. His customer service skills on a scale of 1-10 are complete 0. He needs a better training and maybe a different job. U r not gonna get anywhere in life without communication.

Horrific service. Self-checkout requires the security guard. Devices dirty. Good prices fresh food. Sidewalk and parking disgusting.

I went to this grocery shop, and I was so thankful to your staff for being so friendly and accommodating. I thanked her for helping me to find the meat section of the shop. I was so happy with the service and the price of your products. I thanked you for not failing my trust, guys. You are the best among the rest! Strongly recommended!
