Grocery Store Winn-Dixie reviews
12Very clean. Well stocked to capacity and the meats were fresh. The seafood in there blew my mind well stocked and fresh.
Quality of produce is awful, poor customer service, poor gathering shopping carts, always ignoring all the problems ongoing.
Its sad for Key Biscayne residents to have this only option to buy groceries
Fruits are never fresh and some items come with mold. Very disappointing, one of the worse supermarkets I have ever seen.
Convenient location within walking distance to our beach condo vacation rental. Well stocked with offerings surpassing what we'd expect from a beach front supermarket. The emoyees were helpful and friendly helping us find the items we needed in store, and check out was assisted by them offering to add frequent shopper discount card to our bill so we'd get the discounts as new shoppers.
We were very excited by the quality and reasonable prices for Key Biscayne. Then when we arrived back home we discovered that because we didn’t have a saver card we were charged full price. The cashier never asked or offered to use a store card. Publix does not require a card to get savings. Very disappointed with Winn-Dixie.
Unfortunately NO staff in the self check out at morning. Very hard to buy large items. Machine weight limit reached very easy. Alarm go ON and ON! No scanner. Staff NOT friendly during morning.
Very crowded when I got there. Very few people speak English. Extremely small pasta selection, I couldn't find any whole wheat pasta.
Super great service always willing to help. Mostly Latinos work there but you'll find a couple who don't speak Spanish. Very expensive but unfortunately that's the only choice you have if you live on the key and want something fast.
Seems like they have everything you’d want or need within a good walking distance. The checkout counters are pretty understaffed though. So make sure you plan to wait in line even for the self checkout.
Staffs are not helpful and they do not speak English. Staffs are rude. They assume everyone speaks Spanish. When you ask certain items that you needed staffs does not understand and you will be left alone going around. Wish there is Publix in this area where staffs are helpful…. No choice to buy food except this grocery store since this is the only grocery store on the area….
Poor service general abounds here. I never buy meat or fish here as it sitting out all day and does not look fresh at times. Generally not the freshest or best quality. Buy you groceries before you come to the Key!
