Grocery Store Winn-Dixie reviews
8 There was an offer for flounder fillets and they turned out to be bad. I
Purchased 4 packs because of the price and when I tried to defrost and make them they were bad. I threw away the package and tried again, also bad. I finally returned to Winn Dixie to get a credit or exchange. They informed me that since I didn’t have my receipt from a month prior that they wouldn’t refund me or credit anything. The girl at the desk sympathized but the lady manager was nasty. She was Rude, unprofessional, and didn’t even attempt to understand. Who keeps grocery receipts for several weeks? The worst part is that this store is 2 blocks from my house. I’m not forced to drive 2 miles to do groceries because I refuse to give them any more money and this nasty manager lady my business.
I hope you pay close attention to this review because today I have something very unfortunate and uncomfortable to express through this network. Tonight I went to buy, among other things, an alcoholic drink. The only ID I have is from my country because a person stole all my IDs. I have been going to this establishment for more than 2 years and I have not had a problem with any cashier except tonight, a cashier who did not want to accept any identification from my country. I felt offended and felt that his act was xenophobic by not only not accepting my ID, which by the way, I have also been a cashier and many people of different nationalities had presented IDs from their countries and simply by rules we verified the date and scanned the ID of some superior and we sold alcoholic beverages or cigarettes. The point is that this lady said no. She turned her back and when I insisted on showing her my permit from Florida she said that I am from Vzla and that ID is not valid and that only IDs from this country are valid, especially that I had to have a US residence. He immediately asked me how long I had been in the USA and I answered if this was a food store or an appointment with immigration. I understand the rules, but next time, have more education and train your workers better, especially in the use of words. This woman is Hispanic too, long black hair, tattooed eyebrows. Very disappointed. Have more consideration. We are all Hispanics and immigrants.
Nice big location. Always clean. Sometimes they don't have enough cashiers, but over all a nice location.
The last Win Dixie in the South Miami area, always well stocked, clean and with a very good staff
Good luck getting any customer service here. Workers won't even acknowledge your existence without scoffing and having to put away their phones. You better speak Spanish they don't speak English, yes even management
Visited in the morning hours.
Went to the deli-cafeteria section. Lady taking order had to prepare, serve and charge for same.
She was rude and gave the impression we customers were bothering her.
Needs to be explained customers are not responsible for the load of work she has to do.
Good cashiers.lousy kitchen staff.the blonde manager.very good, very attentive to everything.she does, but there are some bitter ones and in Señor.
Together with Publix, one of the best food markets with very good quality and freshness, their products are guaranteed
