Winn-Dixie, Zephyrhills FL

Customer service in this place sucks. I go in there this morning around 8: 00 and there's one person on the floor cleaning up salsa. One person at the Express checkout and there's a line of people. No one else is coming out to help. After waiting in line for 15 minutes. Some man walks out of the office with a little girl I don't know if he was the manager. Immediately goes to the next person in the line and skips over me. Did not say nothing to the cashier there. Because obviously she's just doing her job. However they have no survey or no way to give any feedback and they have no sense of urgency and no customer service. If you seen me sitting there in line and you overlooked me and took the next person in line that's pure unprofessionalism.

First time in a Winn-Dixie. Prices seemed reasonable but not as much to choose from compared to other grocery stores. A little out of my way but was in the area that day. Cashier was very friendly!

Went for a few groceries and it was well stocked, of course they are always restocking. Got what I wanted.

They have resorted to ripping people off I had bought two containers of fried chicken to find out 3 of my pieces of chicken were just the wingtips fried with extra breading and this is not the first time this has happened

I absolutely love shopping at this Winn-Dixie. All of the employees are very very friendly and helpful. The deli is absolutely fantastic with their service and the checkout people are always wonderful!

Great store and good parking easy to get in and out of. The associates were very helpful and friendly. Well organized and good prices, plenty of Bogo items. Produce is looking good also and plenty of items in stock. Dairy department looked awesome

This is my favorite supermarket: both close by and convenient.
I didn't give it a "5 stars" because their prices have gone up more than at their competition's place of business.

The employees here are wonderful people there are very considerate and very helpful their bakery department amazing you must go try one of their cakes they are divine

Nice friendly market! A little low on stock but went early on a Monday so it was expected.

Love certain ladies that work in the delivery dept. They really know their jobs and respect customers.

It's a grocery store usually they might want to get one or food is always on shelf as it should be

Never been to this Winn Dixie, first time and I'm impressed with how clean and organized it was! Very nice ladies behind the cash register too! They had everything I was looking for and was very well stocked! I went at about 930-10am so I'm not sure if it makes a difference.

A bit pricey & i couldn't find any employees for help. And if ur gonna be a cashier.learn how to count back change.
