Winn-Dixie, Fort Lauderdale FL

Went inside trying to locate a product that my friend sent me from Louisiana which she purchased at another Winn-dixie. Asked for the manager and he simply brush me off saying he didn't carry it. When asked "are you able to look it up? " NO, "are you able to special order it? " NO. And simply walked away. Terrible customer service. Please go shop at Publix or better yet, find a mom and pop grocery store nearby and avoid this Winn-Dixie at all costs. They don't welcome your business.

Horrible customer service I tried to cash scratch off tickets and the lady stole 5 dollars from me.how embarrassing not bh to mention she got mad and started arguing w me and the manager I felt so embarrassed

Older store its ok but the deli needs serious help the heat lamps are covered in grease that needs to be cleaned, there disgusting.

We were told Winn-Dixie on the Galt had them plus they steam if asked.
We got 3 lb’s steamed they were only $13.99 this weekend, plus King are advertised as $12.99 which they didn’t have today @12: 00pm.
They were good, some looked funny but tasted good.
We enjoyed them @ home so we can use a scissor to rip open had them plus they steam if asked.

My experience would have been perfect had it not been for being over charged for my items and two return trips to get it corrected.
After the third visit, customer service did fix the error. It shouldn't require that many trips.

I thought this was known as beef country. I bought sirloin steak and flap meat, I got home and so far these 2 cuts of meats were horrible, might as well have been a shoes sole, extremely tough even after I tenderized them and smoked on the grill just right, medium to medium rare.never buy meat from this store again.beef people. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

The cashier has a bad attitude as I asked her to remove an item. I asked to talk to her manager who arrived and was totally apathetic really couldn't care less. Her name was Marene or Marlene. I asked to talk to her manager and she told me that she is the one and only manager?
This was a very unpleasant experience.

Outstanding customer service to day! It's been exactly 2 years since the lost application debacle. Nice place.

Nice selection of produce. The bakery has yummy treats. The seafood and meat sections were well stocked. Very friendly staff!

It is sad that in such a nice store an indivual item with an indiviual price tag was mistakenly placed for sale, unlucky me I decided to take a couple of such items, and since it was not the cashiers fault, she felt she could be rude and yell at my person. After making me nervous and anxious I decided to show her such tag, she went to her manager who was indiferent and apatic to such matter. I guess being polite and attentive is not a requirement to be a manager, neither to supervise and admit such mistakes are needed. Other staff was polite in previous visits. But this couple just ruined my intentions to ever come back to that place. That was this evening by the way.

Was there off and on the week of August 6 thru 11-2018 while on vacation. Clean store, helpful people. I witnessed a man walk in empty handed must have been in the store for awhile because I saw him in front of me in the checkout line (Customer Service register) and he had a crushed box of cereal. He told the cashier he wanted a refund, she ask him for a receipt and he didn't have one so she gave him $1.00 back.
Hmmm.the things people will do for cash.

Great deals, we were on a vacay and went on for a few items. Staff was nice and the hot food was very good there highly recommend

Your typical Winn-Dixie. Nothing to write home about. Has a liquor store though for those who is interested.

The store was great. Very clean and friendly workers but while in the checkout line I witnessed someone walk out with a basket of groceries. I guess the store is use to it because all the cashier did was say "hey you have to pay for that" but the man kept walking and loading his car up.

We don't no longer have a Winn-Dixie in North Carolina so it was good to see one there and be able to go to it. It is a very good location near the hotel so that made it very convenient.

Convenient, but SOO Expensive! *Definitely a last resort stop. There wasn't even ONE thing on sale that I saw. Just way too expensive!

I love this store I've been shopping there since 2012 I know the employees and they are always willing to help you find items you can't find

Actually a clean and well organized store however they are extremely minimally staffed before 8AM so expect to wait no matter the size of your purchase.

Very clean and well organized. The cashier at checkout was extremely friendly and also madr sure to let us know that we would have yo get new savings cards in the next couple of months.
