Winn-Dixie Pharmacy reviews
9Convenient neighborhood location. Alerts by phone when prescriptions ready. Friendly, professional and always helpful. Wheelchair accessible. Store and pharmacy hours work great for our family.
2 stars because I'm upset the raspberries I brought were gross! 3/$10. Winn Dixie usually has great produce/fruit, don't know what happened this time, but seeing rotten raspberries at the bottom of the container is not cool. It was not a Winn-Winn!
I use this pharmacy personally and for my cat, Ash. He had a health scare and my vet recommended I pick up a perscription for him at my pharmacy. Not only was it cheaper, but the staff was genuinly interested in my little buddy's health and happiness. He is doing great now! Ash says thank you!
The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Different answers from three different people about my prescription. Always told to call back 30 minutes or an hour later only to be brushed aside again. Very annoying
This pharmacy has the best people working in there. So friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them.
9 outta 10 times I call or have to pickup a Rx, the person behind the counter has an attitude from hell and has no problem sharing that with you. I'm usually good at turning their mood around BUT it's NOT MY JOB and to have to do it almost every time is ridiculous. It's been almost 2 years using this pharmacy bc it's close to home, but is almost 2 years of consistent attitude. People need to remember to not take their personal/professional issues out on customers. We didn't do it. We just use the service!
Although there were technical issues, the staff was professional, friendly and worked well under pressure. Used other pharmacies, but like mine best.
I have tried to stick it out here for a while and I am done. They are so incredibly rude and always seem inconvenienced to have to help anyone. My husband had a prescription called in from his doctor and it took two days to figure out why they had not received it. It turned out they didn’t check their voicemail for the doctor call in line. Isn’t that something that should be done daily? !
Went there last week just for a zpak/azithromycin in the evening and was told it'll be an hour wait. It was dead, nobody's there, nobody's waiting but still the Pharmacist decision is to make we wait for an hour for the medication that doesn't needed to be count but just to put on the label. So I went to walgreens they're more busier as usual both drive thru and inside but still they told me for 10 mins wait only! Me and my family always do our flu shots yearly at Winn Dixie by Roosevelt.
