Winn Nail Spa, Melbourne FL

Got hard gel nails two weeks ago 77$ (before tip) for a new full set they are already popping off and lifting and have to go somewhere else to get them redone. Not a pleasant experience, more expensive than others and felt rushed. Two stars because they did look good for the first week till they fell apart. I am so sad and disappointed

Lily is amazing! She did a wonderful job with my acrylic nails! I had previously had another technician who wasn't too concerned about details or my concerns and was also very slow. Lily was not only so much faster but my nails look stunning! My pedicure was also very relaxing.thank you very much Lily for listening and taking care of me)

Kathy is as always kind and courteous and does a wonderful job. I decided to remove my acrylic nails and just have gel polish on my own nails. Kathy did a beautiful job and it still looks good two weeks later though my own nails are very then and fragile. Kathy's pedicures are so nice! Ask for her at Winn Nail. Just save time for me!

Last time I went I had lily and omg she is amazing! This time I had cindy and was very impressed again. Great prices with a luxury feel they serve wine and water as well very great service!

$37 pedicure and it lasted 17 minutes. Barely did anything to my feet. She was watching tv and just kept rubbing the same one spot over. Kept talking to another co-worker. It was not relaxing at all.

I have been going to this nail salon for about two years now. They are truly different from other salons I’ve been to in the past.
They take pride in their work and strive to provide their clients with high quality services. The salon is always very clean and organized. The staff is kind and respectful. I have lived in brevard for 20 years and this is by far the best nail salon in the area. I love that they are closed on Sunday to give their staff time to recharge and provide great service to their clients.

My sisters and I recently got basic manicures here. We picked it because the website and shop looked clean and professional, however we were all disappointed with the service we received. My tech in particular did a poor job. His name was John. He rushed through the whole process, he didn't trim my cuticles properly, he didn't file my nails correctly which left my thumb nail feeling jagged and rough, he missed a large stripe on the side of my thumbnail when he painted them, and be barely said a word to me the entire time. When he was done he showed me to the drying table and left me there without telling me how long I was supposed to let them sit. I have only gotten gels done in the past and was unsure how long i was supposed to wait for them to dry. He never returned and no one came over to check on me while I was sitting there. The icing on the cake for this whole experience was seeing John, after having worked on my nails, sitting in the back on his phone picking his nose in full view of all the customers. My sisters had similar experiences with there techs who were not very personable and provided shotty work.

To sum up don't go here. They r overpriced, provide poor work and customer service, and have little concern for personal hygiene.

Cuticles not trimmed correctly and needed three coats as polish is streaky. For the price could have been much better.

They took great care of myself, daughter and grandchild. Staff dies a wonderful job and it is a family friendly environment.

Highly recommend! Steve was phenomenal and stayed late to make sure my nails were perfect for an upcoming trip. Thank you!

I've been to this salon in the past with mediocre results, (worst was a gel manicure with old, thick product, that chipped the next day) yet this visit 3 technicians didn't have the skill to do a pink and white backfill, wanted to remove a 4 week new set. Suggest watching Tammy Taylor youtube videos to learn how it's achievable so you can avoid alienating customers. They could even have suggested to cover the gap between pink and white at the point where the natural nail extends past the nail bed with polish, yet they just continued to exert their inexperience with nail technology and art, as well as their lack of customer service skills.

Great salon and hard working individuals. Most always take walk-ins. My manicure lasted almost 3 weeks! You're also able to book online which is very convenient.

Edit: I drive nearly 30 minutes to get my nails done here because every previous time has been a great experience with perfect nails that lasted a long time. Went again right before Christmas and got a different tech (John) who rushed through my gel manicure and pedicure, and did a sloppy job. Every previous time I have gotten a gel manicure here it has lasted over a month. This one lifted and chipped after only 5 days- so disappointed and not worth the money spent. Beautiful salon and usually worth every penny but I guess it depends on who you get. (Ask for Ken- his gel manicure lasted 6 weeks on me!)

Literally the best pedicure and gel manicure I have ever received. The pedicure had an actual massage and I have never had a gel manicure last as long. They always chip or lift within a week but this one is going on 3 weeks and still perfect. I do not live near this place, happened tocame in for the first time, but now I will drive the 30 minutes every time I get my nails done passing by all the other places near my house because this place is worth the drive.

This was my first time…. Pleasant, however did not get the discount for being my first time there…. I guess my fault… I didn’t mention it….

Clean facility, friendly staff, and the best? Military discount-worth 20 mins drive everytime Highly recommendable! My favorites: Cathy & Anna

She did a good enough job, I did mention I didn’t have a lot of money an I feel like she could’ve done better on my heels but she did the paint well and I had a good experience over all. Hoping that $10 tip gets me a better job next time.
