5TEDDY HAS TO GO! This is the face of our building and she is rude, condescending and just always unpleasant. She's been there 20+ years and feels like she owns the place. Guests, contractors, residents, owners and other building staff all have issues with her attitude, and fear her wrath. Time to find a friendly face that doesn't treat everyone like she's doing them a favor by doing her job.
By far one of the worst associations I have ever came across. Very rude to residents and every one in the building. Association has failed its inspections yet have the time and urge to falsely accuse residents of wrong doings. Dayana which is the assistant property manager is one of the WORST people I have ever came across. No respect to residents or building employees, always falsely accusing residents of wrong doings with attempts to fine them then avoid them. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM ASSOCIATION AND HER. If I could put 0 stars, I would.

Horrible Security Management, nasty manager at lobby very unpleasant feel like shes doing you a favor when you come to building if not being straight out rude, def makes visiting the building always a bad experience
