Update- I called again about the status of my refund! Was told originally, "I had to wait for a check in the mail. Policy was that they couldn't refund my credit card. Only write checks once a month"! Now I've been informed that they refunded my credit card! Still kept the fees!
I asked that the doctor call. He never did, not even through email. Never again!
Original review- I am at the end of my patience. I canceled my surgery months ago due to concerns over sanitary standards. The form I signed only stated they would charge a fee for cancelations. No where did it say it would take MONTHS, if ever, to get my money back. Is this practice do desparate? I've called the office repeatedly. Spoke with the office mgr, front desk. Even asked for a phone call from the doctor!
To date, they continue to ignore my requests.
Why would I trust this practice to perform my surgery?

This was the best out-patient surgeries I have experienced. Dr. Koller did an amazing job repairing my inguinal hernia. I experienced very little pain after the surgery and was back in the gym 10 days later. His office staff was very professional and on time. The out-patient surgery center was also an excellent experience and I was home eating by noon. Thank You.

Got swindled into a laproscopic inguinal hernia repair 11 years ago. Ruptured 3 years ago and have been in pain ever since. 14 doctors and my insurance refused to offer any assistance due to my only symptom being debilitating pain. Then I sas referred to Dr. Koller after finding out that he helped another man in a similar situation.

He read through the notes of my initial laproscopic surgery and my 2nd open surgery and said "I can fix you". Most doctors in my experience are only interested in denying liability, obtaining legal protection via signatures on long liability releases and limited if any promise of results. Florida Blue declined coverage, but Dr. Koller and University Surgical Center were fair, reaonable AND CARING. I am only ten days in, but already I do not cringe when I sneeze and do not feel my daily pain. I am hopeful that after full recovery I can live a happy life again.

Thank you Dr. Koller for freeing my ingunlinal nerve pain from the mesh and suture entanglement of the past as well as my life. From my wife, small children and me, gratitude will never be lost. G-d bless you and your staff!

PS. To others reading this, if you are an active male I highly recommend Open Surgery by Dr. Koller and The University Surgical Center of Winter Park.

Cheers,
Logan
