Although the hygienist are very capable and do a good job, the billing practices here are less than stellar. They seem to always be guessing as to what my insurance will or will not cover and have charged me wrong 2 of the 4 times I've visited here. Instead of waiting for the EOB and billing correctly they seem to want to guess at it and refuse to send a correct bill. Plenty of dentists to choose from in this area.

I love this office, the stuff, hygienists and doctors are extremely friendly, kind and courteous, the front desk girls always have a smile, they are very sweet and this shows the excellent management of this office. They deserve 10

I love my experience at Wiregrass Family Dental. They treat you like family, the staff is so friendly and anytime We have had a problem they get us in right away. My husband and I both use Dr B for all of our dental needs. She is amazing, we love her!

The office is bright and clean. The front desk were all friendly and welcoming. I waited approx 20 mins but once I went back things started happening! Xrays, photos and scanning for Invisalign. My hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. The doctor was very nice too. She explained what I needed and gave no pressure to do it now. Glad I found this practice.
I have now been a patient for a year and still am so happy I found the practice. Dr Bhole has always been available when needed for an issue. And Kelsey is a wonderful hygienist.

Best dental care I've had. Priscilla is efficient and quick at cleaning my teeth and I don't cringe in discomfort like I have at other offices in the past. I really like how she explains why I need specific care so that I understand everything. Dr. B tries to do her best in avoiding unnecessary procedures which is so important. I'm never kept waiting long before my appointments.

I always have a positive visit at Wiregrass Family Dental. My whole family has been going here for years. Staff is very nice & the complimentary coffee & water has come in very handy.

Best experience ever, I have been to many practices, and visiting a Dentist has been one of my biggest fear, the office has the best staff and the best Doctor! So thankful I had found finally the perfect dental clinic!

Best dental experience I’ve had in a while. I only went in for a routine cleaning, the wait time wasn't long at all. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful from setting an appointment to the actual cleaning.

+3d pictures of teeth was cool & they have a pano X-ray on the spot
+ transparent about what’s in vs not insurance coverage (eg cancer screening of $45 vs fluoride $20).
- Had a couple minor glitches with me not getting the forms sent right away/ DOB was flipped per Delta dental (insurance company) software / they over charged us $20 that I caught but will correct

Dr. Bhole is a great dentist. Michele and the rest of the staff are skilled and wonderful too. The front desk crew are always professional and kind as well. I've been going to her for about two years and am glad my husband and I made the decision to choose Dr. Bhole as our dentist.

Definitively a place I will have no issues giving 5 starts. Starting with Rebecca and the ladies around her the day I went to see if there was a spot for me. The attention, kindness, smiles they provided made me feel welcome. The process to sign in and get things done electronically was easy and to the point. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the person who did my cleaning, but she has a 5 over 5 score as well. She keep asking if I was good and I kept telling her that she was the one good as I didn’t scream of pain. I am not a good patient as i prefer an open heart surgery than dental work. Service, professionalism, cost and cleanliness I experienced make me recommend this place without hesitation! Thank you all!

HORRIBLE. I would NOT recommend. My previous dentist gave me a clean bill of health at my last cleaning just 9 months ago. I went to Wiregrass Family Dental Care for a routine cleaning. They claimed I need a crown, 2 fillings, 4 porcelain veneers, and Invisalign for life, or braces, which I've already had. My teeth are perfectly straight. I am filing with the state Attorney General's Office for potential ethical violations.

All I could say is that the whole staff of Wiregrass family dentist are so polite kind and experience I thank you very much for fixing my teeth I look very handsome today God bless you all have a nice day.
