Service is always above, and beyond. We have never had disappointment or concern. Drivers are always courteous, and professional. I've used Waste Management twice weekly for seven years, and never once had a problem. How often can one say that about any service. Always consistent, reliable, and professional.
Do not go here. You have to buy a hard hat and vest and they charge 100 a ton. Also takes forever. Worst dump!

Our residential neighborhood is At US1 & NE 48th STREET (No TRUCKS) Posted several times on our 1 mile (shortcut) 2 Reach Monarch HILL (UnFuckingbeliveable) 5 miles west of US1 was 15 trucks cutting THRU (fukkin short CUTT) 6 days a week
SO WE CALLED JAMES FISH C. E. O of Billion $$$ Company to help out not rich neighborhood? Premier relations Said;That’s not what WASTE MANAGEMENT IS ABOUT! His name was Raul (5 years ago) told us he’ll fix it immediately! Then I said yea?
Trucks got WORCE AND MO WORSE UNFUCKINGBELIVEABLE WM PLEASE HELP OUR POOR MIXED RACE NEIGHBORHOOD. SHALOM
Terrible experience. I'm a truck driver, I transport garbage and I go every day several times to unload at this place, it always takes more than 1 hour since the workers do not pay attention to their work and there is never equipment to stack the garbage. In addition, you take every 1 hour 15 minutes and they stop the entire operation if you are a member of this company and you want me to send you photos and videos, ask me with pleasure and I will send them so you can see the bad work they do here
Drivers are always very helpful, friendly and consistent. They keep our communities beautiful and deserve appreciation.
The website stated residents can drop off waste on tuesday. This was my first visit and first time doing this. Only to turn up and it is on saturday and I found out from a sign in the front. Spoke to an employee at the gate and informed her of the issue and that the website had nothing noting pompano beach residents can only drop off on saturday.no assistance was provided. I drove 38 mins. That is 38+ mins of time I could have spent focusing on my business. It is a big inconevenience to residents who follow instructions from your website.
