WM - Port Charlotte Hauling

The staff has been good about coming on time and picking up any loose items. However, is there a change in picking up tree limbs? We had 4 piles in proportionally correct piles for 3 weeks. The yard waste bags are picked up and those people did pick up a couple piles by hand, but what is the routine for the claw? Do we need to call it in? I thought the regular pick up staff phoned the claw to let them know of a location that needs pickup. I would like to follow procedure; so just let me know. Thank you for your great service.

Waste management is always on time for our pickup on Thursday. Whenever there is a holiday they do their best to get our trash the next day at the very latest.

My garbage is always picked up in a timely manner. Never garbage left on the ground. They pick up yard waste each week and are always careful with our trash cans. When we needed new cans they were delivered promptly.

I am not impressed. Always a dice roll whether they will take the cardboard or not. Even if I condense it and put it in front of the recycle bin they will throw it to the side and empty bin and leave it.very disappointing. Comes late then early then late. Forget it if there is a holiday or storm in the forecast then you just put it on the curb and they will come at some point.

Customer service department communication is excellent. Drivers are both professional and respectful.

Port Charlotte seems to suffer more than it's fair share of disasters. It has become very evident the WM have no disaster planning in place, and have extreme difficulty communicating bringing services back on line.

Great to work with! Easy to reach a real, live person on the phone! And they communcate clearly! And what they say will happen, happens! Regular weekly pick ups or special bulk, this is as good a service as I've ever had.

They do a good job every week; are consistent; do not leave a mess behind after emptying the trash containers.

WM picks up my yard waste each pick up day. I can keep my property clean of all the palms and etc.

I was having a problem with the drivers coming up to the house to get my garbage cans and recycling. I'm disabled and its very difficult for me to drag them out to the curb. I had a few conversations with a manager and within about 3 weeks we had it straightened out. I appreciate the drivers getting the cans more than I can say. It helps me tremendously!

These guys do a great job! They pick up all materials and leave the cans upright and the area clean! Very professional!

We have never had a problem with this service. We don’t have to her complain or call more than once.

Never picked up bulk, was paid by county, and instead got a huge pricey quote for container. Sure they made millions on hurricane victim. Monopolized organized crime company.

Never had an issue and items are always picked up on the right day or WM notifies us if there is a problem. They remedy the problems very quickly.

They are stopped to pick up miscellaneous garbage for some reason without any explanation! Three weeks on the row I'm putting can on the curb and they are not picking up!
