Very disappointed that we had no service - garbage pickup for a week. Our pickup day fell on Christmas but nobody came out until Friday.

Wm John built me a beautiful home in Massachusetts. I can not think of John’s last name. I now live in Panama Canal Zone. You have a great company. The people at 1050 s w 2 nd Ave Dania Beach, Florida abuse all Wm property and agreements. The people at 1050 were my neighbors…

This is the second time it's happened.

Unfortunately my carts were laying on their side after they emptied them, would be nice if they placed them upright again

The company and the workers are doing a excellent job with the pick up and thank you for your service.

A previous provider often damaged or left cans tipped over & far from where they were put out. WM IS DOING FANTASTIC!

They come and do their job. I have asked them questions periodically and they are always knowledgeable.

Currently having to call the office to find out why driver is missing out street and why some days they come 1 day out of 2

Before using WM our Saturday garbage pick up was missed at least once a month. Since using WM, they have not missed a pick-up yet!

The cans aren't always completely empty, and they are left in the middle of the road causing a hazard. Other than that the service us ok.

I called to create a request to pick up damaged garbage cans and replace them. No one showed up for a few weeks so I went online to schedule the service. A few weeks later I received an email that the service request was cancelled without an explanation. When I call I have to wait over an hour to speak to someone. I just want my garbage cans please!

All of the above. Always on time, responsive to requests, professional and never an issue with quality.

Friendly and warm, these guys go above and beyond to do the best job in all weather. It’s a job many of us would never think of doing and it’s largely thankless - I appreciate it though!

We have used Waste Management for many years, Have called in on one or more occasion in reference to a rate increase! I have always been able to work the situation out,

I live in "Turtle Run Estates" Ron C.and Jonathan B truck #1372 are amazing. They are very clean, don't complain about what they need to pick up and go out of their way to be gentlemen and help keep our development clean.
