5Waste Management does a great job running the landfill. Easy in, dump and easy to get out. Very professional.
My father and husband was hit at the stop sign at waste management and a dump truck driver hit them and ran jackknifed my 70 yr old dads truck and trailer and RUNS! He has a temporary CDL that expired in 2020! AND NO TRUCK INSURANCE! The truck was never supposed to leave the dump. Waste management needs to hire people that actually have a cdl and knows what there doing. Geminis trucking service hit my dad. Going tomorrow to ask for camera footage since the cops can’t do anything cause it was in private property
Been at the phone for 2 hours trying to reach somebody. Need to improve customer service line
Our Waste Management personnel are unfailingly prompt for routine pickups or special request. All tasks are completed with containers back in place, no debris left behind and the neighborhood looking good like we want, thanks to our Waste Management service. Our drivers and collectors are polite and friendly and we're privileged to have them for our service.
They try to pick up the debre left by the garbage. & very nice workers
