Best doctors in the city. Have been going here over twenty years. They even delivered my grand daughter who is 14 now.

If your insurance doesn’t cover visits to Women’s Care, it is worth it to change if they are taking new patients. I had such wonderful experiences with my last pregnancy and with my last two visits, I already know during this process, I will again be well taken care of. My last 2 visits were the first times I had Dr. Levy as the OB. He is very personable, reassuring, and thorough.

This is my 1st pregnancy and OBGYN’s make me nervous but Dr. O’Brien and her staff blew me away; they were all so kind, so gentle and make me feel very comfortable. I knew immediately I chose the right care for me and my baby. I now look forward to coming to the OB.

Very courteous and professional staff. Ease of setting appt. Dr Greenwald is amazing, with the biggest smile. Very professional and speak directly to her patients.

Women’s Care is an AMAZING clinic network. Scheduling is easy, professional staff all around, great environment, and they treat their customers with respect.

I have been going here for a few years and they are great! They have allowed me to switch my doctor to find one I’m most compatible with. All the doctors are knowledgeable and want to get your questions answered.

My first visit with this clinic took two hours to see the doctor for an annual. Phlebotomist/nurse was SO kind but my interaction with my gynecologist Dr. Amy Greenwald has not been the best. I was patient knowing that I wouldn’t want my appointment to be rushed and the patients before me deserve the type of care that I want with my appointment. My appointment was indeed rushed though. And months later I called to get a referral to continue seeing a pelvic floor therapist. I have not given birth nor do I have leaking or pain but as I explained to the office in attempt for a referral, why should we wait until our pelvic floor is in bad shape to work on it? I wanted to be proactive to educate myself and advocate for my health (and was learning so much) and I needed a referral to continue seeing this therapist and was told by who I talked to that Dr. Greenwald would not give me a referral for preventative care. I offered to came in and asked if I was re-seen would they give me a referral and was told if there is not a problem with my pelvic floor, they would not give me a referral. It absolutely takes nothing and is no danger to anyones license to approve a physical therapy referral for me. This referral, keep in mind would not fully cover these physical therapy appointments I was still paying decent co-pays every week. So with already a bad taste in my mouth about this interaction and lack of support for me advocating for my health, they called today to talk to me and give me counseling and results from an ultrasound they referred me to have done 6 months ago. I do not trust this facility. Super disappointed in the quality of care. Accidents happen but they seem to let a lot slip through their fingertips and I don’t want to be one of those patients. It seems like most facilities these days are quantity over quality.

Best customer service and wait time I have ever had at a doctors office. Michelle Melanson is so kind and understanding.

The staff was amazing at the Reedy Branch. I felt a warm welcome at the start right through the end of my visit.
