Women's Care, Winter Park FL

By far the worst Dr. 's office I've ever had to deal with. Completely incapable of even scheduling an appointment. When I try to use their online booking, they call me back and tell me it's double booked and cancel me. They consistently ask me to drive 45 minutes out of my way to another location. They've scheduled me with a doctor who doesn’t perform the procedure I was there to receive a consult for. Complete waste of my time, the doctor’s time, and a copay. Not to mention, the receptionist was beyond rude last time I was there, almost made me walk out crying because I didn't want to drive 45 minutes for the consult they booked me with the wrong doctor for.

For 35 + years I have been cared for with this practice. If anyone finds themselves in need of care ONE visit shows you why it is chosen by many.

Love the staff at Women's Care in Winter Park as well as Oviedo offices. They have a team of midwives working at Winnie Palmer with delivery and Kris Robinson was my midwife who made my delivery experience AMAZING. Thank you for all you do!

Loved my experience here, saw Natalie Bowles and she was courteous, kind and so personable. I definitely will be coming here for my regular checkups.

So dissapointed with this place in terms of customer service. I'm literally still on hold as I write this. Hour #2! How this has consumed a major part of my day is beyond my understanding. Please do better.
Edit: After all this they STILL messed up my refill order. Dear lord. I am thinking about changing practices at this point.

Dr. Jones is amazing and always makes me feel cared for and heard. She explains anything needed thoroughly and is always so helpful and kind.

I had a great experience staff was very kind, very helpful and the doctors actually take their time to listen and understand you! I recommend them 10/10!

VERY disappointing experience. I suspected having BV, which was the case. But the doctor thought it could also be an STI, which I highly doubted. He sent me home with a prescription with both medications to take before getting results. I got the results from LabCorp confirming that the STI’s were negative yet the office never gave me a call to stop taking the medication or update me or follow-up. THEN I got two separate, very expensive bills from LabCorp. There was NEVER any mention that I would get a bill for labs. I payed over $150 for the appointment, why would the appt be that much when labs (which were even more expensive) are not at all included. Not a single person informed me that would be the case. And I knew it wasn’t an STI yet I’m having to pay for that lab that the doctor had ordered, again without anyone ever mentioning I would be separately charged. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional to not be upfront about the billing process. When I called to point this out I was met with attitude and they were simply like that’s too bad you have to pay for it, not even an apology for their lack of competence. Outrageous. UPDATE: Now I’ve been mailed another completely random, surprise bill from Women’s Care for over $250? The amount of negligence is INSANE. DO NOT GO HERE.

I Highly recommend as OBGYN. Have been their patient for years. I like the mammogram before the office visit built in the appointment. Dr. Lazar delivered my eldest son 33 years ago.

Women’s Care on Clay Street has the best doctors of all! I asked friends for a referral in 1997. The best referral ever. I have never considered a different group.

I love Dr. Bridges' bedside manner. He is so personable and always has a smile. When it comes to your medical issues he will minimize your worries by making you feel that your issues are repairable or at least manageable.
