Obstetrician-Gynecologist Women's Care reviews
16I had a beautiful experience with women’s care for my first pregnancy and now for my second which happened 5 months after my first (oops) I have 100% confidence in the office and I love everyone I’ve worked with.
Absolutely love Dr Roberts Clemons. She is so patient, understanding, knowledgeable and listens to your needs. She makers her patients feel taken care of so comfortable!
These people are terrible to deal with.
Doctors are great but their staff is not ok.
Service is terrible, very rude. Some doctors could be super rude.
They billed me 370$ for a pep smear that should be covered by insurance and 300$ for an app fee. That is insane, these people are terrible.
I’ve been coming to to this practice for over 10yrs. Unfortunately my doctor retired and I had to schedule with someone new. It has been an Awful experience. They changed my appt with no notice. I had to wait a full 7 days for a response and call in a prescription. In all the years coming to Women’s Care, I never paid over $200 a visit. I am self pay. I paid $265 the day of my appointment and have an additional invoice for $113. That’s a total of $378 for one visit and I’ve been a patient here for years! I’m so disappointed. Needless to say, I’m finding a new Obgyn.
The WORST OB office I have ever been to. I rarely leave bad reviews but seriously steer clear of this place. Although there are some good reviews listed, you don’t want to be one of the many that have a traumatizing experience. I posted about my personal experience in the Moms Of South Tampa Facebook group and I had about 50 moms reach out on my post or directly to me telling me how they had such a terrible experience too. From medical malpractice to just straight up disregard to basic care. Again, I’m sure people have had a great experience but I wouldn’t want to take the risk to have such a bad one…
Laura Williams and staff are incredible! I am so grateful for their professionalism and care.
Staff nice enough but there was Redundancy and poor performance at all touch points. I felt they treated the "next order" instead of the person. Clinical summary did not match the exam I received. I would not recommend and will not be returning. I will find care elsewhere.
Everyone that dealt with me were so helpful & definitely friendly. Jamie Keene & Nurse hidey (not sure if I’m spelling her name right but they were great at give me the reassurance I needed. They were absolutely the best. Let me not forget to mention Keyona from the reception & the lovely receptionist I didn’t get her name but I must say the ladies that dealt with me were very professional.
I have insurance and in the begging of the year they charge my the suggested total balance for the whole pregnancy process based on my insurance.we had the baby in June and we meet our deductible and the insurance is covering 100 percent.we currently have 1200 dollars in credit with them and the keep saying we are holding the money for future apt in case u owe money.i talked to the billing supervisor multiple time and she doesn't want to help or refund the money and she knows that the insurance will cover any future visits, and still dont want to refund the money.we canceled al the apt with them 1.5 months ago so they can refund the credit, but still no credit sent, we are hiring a lawyer to get the credit and ask for damages.be vary aware.dont pay in advance anything.they will hold it and try their best to not refund it. I WILL DO MY BEST TO TEACH THEM A VERY GOOD LESSON. I RECORDED ALL PHONE CALLS AND COMMUNICAYION AND I WILL MAKE SURE THEY REGRET THIER WAY WITH DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS ON TOP OF LOSSING US AS A CUSTOMMER
Make sure you call your insurance company and ensure you now what the copay is before going to your visit so that you don’t get blindsided.
Extremely disappointed in how this place is managed. While doctors and US tech are amazing and thorough, the billing department and other administrative services are a nightmare to deal with. 1 hour on hold just to make an appointment (minimum) ; 20 unreturned calls to the billing department… I would advise anyone to find a different practice and avoid the unnecessary stress during pregnancy.
Womens care is a great place for women to feel comfortable getting their wellness check done. They professional, understanding and approachable
I really enjoy going to the Women’s Center because the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I learn something new every time I go! And I was in and out in less than an hour! Thanks!
Dr Neuhaus is an excellent dr and professional. Staff is very pleasant. Getting ahold of the office via phone is impossible.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Women Care Clinic, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was met with a series of issues that made my visit nothing short of frustrating.
First and foremost, the excessive waiting time was absolutely unacceptable. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I found myself waiting for what seemed like an eternity. The lack of punctuality and organization in scheduling appointments left me feeling undervalued as a patient. It is disheartening to see such disregard for my time and the time of other patients.
To make matters worse, the customer service at the front desk was abysmal. The staff members displayed an appalling lack of professionalism and empathy. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and were dismissive when I tried to communicate my frustrations. Their inability to provide even basic assistance only added to the overall negative experience.
Furthermore, it became evident that the clinic's primary focus was on monetary gain rather than delivering quality healthcare services. It felt as though they were more interested in charging exorbitant fees than actually caring for their patients. This blatant disregard for patient well-being and the perception that they were solely motivated by financial gain left me deeply disappointed.
Overall, my experience at Women Care Clinic was highly unsatisfactory. The extensive waiting times, poor customer service, and the focus on profit rather than patient care were major letdowns. I would strongly advise anyone seeking reliable and compassionate healthcare to explore other options. Women Care Clinic failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality care.
I think the providers at Women’s Care are very professional. The office is smoothly run. I never have to wait long when I come in for an appointment and they always seem to process insurance billing correctly.
