Dr. McLean has been taking excellent care of me for more than 40 years. I was relieved to learn at this last visit that he has no immediate plans to retire. I can’t imagine going to another gynecologist.

Dr. McLean got me an appointment right away and answered all of my questions. He is a gem! I feel lucky to be a patient of his. Thank you!

I have received nothing but the best care. I love that this practice has two different locations as sometimes one is more convenient for my schedule than the other. Front staff is always friendly! Wait time is always reasonable. No.complaints.

Impossible to get an appointment. They will cancel and call you to reschedule multiple times before you actually get seen. The front staff is quiet rude and not accommodating. Apt time is no where close to the time you get seen. Overall very poor service. Would not recommend.

I am one that rarely writes bad reviews as I own my own business. My experience with this practice was one that I would never want anyone to experience. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and called the office 10 times in one week to only be put on hold or go to voicemail. I was promised on a numerous occasions that Dr. Spencer would call me in the morning and she never did. I had MRI’s, Catscans and ultrasound which were not looked at. Some of my closest girlfriends told me to go to Wellness for Women it was the best decision I made.

Last time I sit in their lobby waiting. Today it was over 40 minutes. No updates, no apology just you’ll have to wait. My time is just as valuable as this office. Poor front office staff, and clearly they have more patients that they can manage. I was not the only one in the lobby frustrated. Another lady had been waiting over an hour and another over 30 minutes as well. When I do get seen it’s a rushed experience.

Max Kammerman is the most caring and trust worthy physician ever. He takes the time to really listen to any concerns I have and addresses them with empathy and professionalism. His staff is also amazing. Amelia always greets you with her beautiful smile and is the sweetest!

I hate to write reviews because they are always taken out of context.
I had a good, not great experience here. The entire staff is over worked and the office space is SMALL! The rooms are also SMALL. For how many doctors that are in the practice, I also understand they schedule the doctors at two different locations at random with the downtown location. I know we NEED a practice like this.
But they need more space and my personal experience was good, but I felt rushed and not thoroughly cared for.
All of the doctors were friendly and very caring but again I never saw the same doctor and or nurse. Which made me uncomfortable throughout my entire pregnancy. My experience landed on Mrs. Spencer, I was lucky enough because she was the one on duty the day I gave birth. She was a great catcher during my birth and very understanding with my concerns after birth. I had complications a few days after birth and she continually made me a priority during postpartum which I understand is hard with the volume of clients they have. There portal for patients helped me out also, which was very handy when dealing with my complications. Over all I would recommend them but let anyone know it is busy, and slighted cramped in the exam rooms. Remember they are working very hard and need appreciation, I appreciate this office and all who work in it. Keep up the great work.

Dr Strathmann is thorough, thoughtful and professional. His assistance has been with him for well over 5 years. I think they are a great team.

Medical assistant is very professional and friendly. I have been a patient for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed. Dr Kammerman has great bedside manners, understands his patients and treats me with respect, he listens to my concern and communicates well. Wish there were more doctors like him.

I have not yet been seen by the doctors, even though they sent me an emergency referral in which I should have priority and attention a little faster, but I only have an appointment in 3 weeks, the attention of the customer service girls It's terrible, honestly they don't make you want to go and get service there, it gives them a bad image, I hope they take it into account, I have the calls recorded. Terrible, I hope that the attention from the doctors totally changes the way I see that place.

The doctors are very good but the customer service by phone and the front desk is very bad. They are rude, they are not kind in telling you that they will put you on "hold" and sometimes they don't even tell you that they will put you on "hold" they leave you waiting for hours. They must improve that part because sometimes we need to call them during work hours and we can't spend a lifetime waiting for them to remember us
