As a member of an HOA Board, we engaged with Wonsetler & Webner this past year and are extremely pleased with their legal professionalism and expertise. From drafting and amending HOA bylaws to enforcement of those rules, they bring an ethical and impartial approach to each and every issue.
As you may see in reviews, some are not so happy as the firm deals daily with matters of tenants/residents issues that need addressing. From residents that are harassing other residents, to those defaulting on their commitment to pay HOA fees, mortgages etc.
Highly recommend Wonsetler & Webner.

I would give negative score, if I am allowed. Their paralegal (s) do not even answer the phone and staff is rude and have no respect for others. Their practices are unprofessional, ruthless, unethical and refuse to answer phone call. They have no intension of following fair practices and run with sole goal of robing others hard earned money without remorse.

They have helped me with several issues and have been professional, personable, and effective! I highly recommend them.

I would leave 0 star if possible. The ABSOLUTE WORST attorneys and legal team I have ever encountered in all my years in the real estate industry. As some others have said, the service is horrible and they seem to be more concerned with fees and filing suits than being the intermediary between two parties to get things resolved. Unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Received different feedback from members of their team ultimately resulting in fees assessed that were unwarranted and had not been justified to me. Is it not reasonable to breakdown and justify costs and fees?

Sarah E. Webner is an unethical Attorney. Notifying the Florida Bar for her unjust and discriminatory behavior. She breaks our community laws just to help other lawyers that are on the board, how ironic. Writing homeowners threatening letters with zero evidence about guests that are being unruly and disturbing homeowners peace and safety. Since when does an HOA spend money protecting rude guests and not homeowners, oh it’s because I am the youngest homeowner. Listen to the several other 1 star reviews, another unprofessional and unethical useless Florida Attorney.

Sarah & Karen are both amazing attorneys who helped us with our HOA issues and were always quick to reply. I'd recommend their services to anyone who needs help with HOA legal use.

2 pieces of advice when dealing with this company. 1: if you're going to try to negotiate on their fees, make sure you negotiate with a paralegal. They'll offer you a better deal than Sarah Webner will. 2: they are way more concerned about filing suits than they are about making sure things are cleaned up afterwards. So you need to make sure that they clean up the case and that they contact your HOA properly.

If you want layers with good ethics, morals and professionalism, this is not the place. All those good reviews might be paid because the service they provide is horrible. If you are the plaintiff or the defendant either way they will be "sneaky" about money.

This firm represents Regency Park HOA. A group of members have on several occasions had to get in between management and the board and requested that the attorney properly advise the board on the governing documents such as properly conducting election procedures, properly conducting the ARC committee, and hearing committee. What was provided to the HOA was vague and generic at best and didn't match governing documents which leaves them open for interpretation which was the issue in the first place. Meanwhile half the homes become rental properties which compounds the issues. All this leaves the HOA vulnerable to litigation and ultimately depressed property value. The same board members for 9+ years and this firm for the same 9+ years.

Zero star if possible.unwilling to work out a collection issue.the collection was the result HOA managements mistakes.it was an honest mistake that we take responsibility but hitting us late fees, attorney fees and unwillingness to resolve the matter is unacceptable. Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. We already paid and said don’t sent me current statement
