This place is horrible, my mother is on disability and can barely walk and they are threatening to evict her if she doesn't pay an extra 400 dollars for a pet fee that was already paid to the prior management company that ran the complex. Seeing as they have "no record" of it my mother is being bullied by the administration to pay or be out on the street. The maintenance team knows my mom and the dog and how long it's even been there. My mom was going to renew the contract but do to not making it down to the office fast enough do to her mobility issues, they changed the agreement and know are threatening her with eviction. If anyone can help or recommend legal courses of action your advice is welcomed.

Maintainer is absolutely horrible. They went under new management and still are horrible. Roach infestation, nothing is new. Mildew everywhere, even in the laundry. They add additional fees to your rent. They don’t have a well selection of maintenance you can communicate properly with. They never complete a job. The office even worse. They will lose files, documents. They don’t inform you when they have maintenance things happening. You’ll wake up with no water because there doing “maintenance checks”. They are absolutely unprofessional and do not deserve the business of anyone. They make their own office hours. My A/c broke again in the dead of the heat wave and all I could get was a fan for two weeks! They’re are absolutely horrible! I’m telling you do not do it. Do not move here. It’s not worth it.

Me and my family would call the office when there was a problem but they won't answer and when we went to talk to them all the way to the office they said that they will send someone right away but they never come and if they do they will make an excuse and say that they will come the next day and then they take about 1 to 2 weeks to actually come and fix the issue and then blame us for what happened saying we don't take care of stuff and that's why they break. They also don't let you have anything in the porch because if you do then they will charge you for it and make you place it somewhere else. Can't wait to move out soon!

Been living in this apartment for two weeks and so far I am having a good feeling that I am safe. My neighbors are quiet and the area is also quiet.not too much noise.when my wife and I first moved, we had a first bad impression but I think the team and the management are trying their best to make the residents happy.there was one tall supervisor my wife met on the second day, He was very nice to her.we complained about stuff and they came and fixed most of them. We had the pest control came over and spray. Today they fixed the kitchen's sink and tomorrow they will be putting new toilet.not to forget the young lady in the office is super nice to us, my wife loves talking to her. I pray and wish it stays like that for the sake of my wife because she was very scared.now she loves it.we also love the fact the grocery store, and a plaza that has every is within walking distance from us.thanks to the staff for taking the time to listen to our complaints. Appreciate it!

My very first day visiting the apartment, the maintenance guy disrespected me because I found dust and some small trash. I complained about it and he was disrespectful. I also found two roaches and I took pictures. I'm so not happy. Everything in the apartment is super old and they already warn me that they are not going to replace them. The fridge is not working well, not cold anough to store food. It's a nightmare. I'm so stress out because of the roaches. I can't believe how bad is my first impression. I have not moved yet because my hubby and I are trying to spray the apartment before I move. I'm scared!

The apartment is in terrible shape and is very outdated. A few of the problems I have are the tacky paint constant peeling and sticking to any object placed on it, the broken oven, and the fact that many workers would rather party with my neighbor than do their jobs. The woman has no respect for others, on a quiet day she will play loud music that can be heard from the entire neighborhood. She is also a cigarette smoker, I have spoken to the workers about trying to get her to smoke inside her house instead of standing in front of my door and they haven’t done anything, they actually encourage her to smoke by joining her sessions and parties. As a mother my children’s health is my top concern, breathing in this second-hand smoke isn’t gonna help.

In the first day of moving in two of the (AFCI outlets plugs you see in bathrooms and kitchens to prevent electrical fires) are not working and a month later the sliding glass door leaked when it rains and acts up from time to time A/C. I’ve filed multiple requests to fix it, but took about five months to patch both of the issues lol. I requested maintenance Friday September 21,2018. They ”patched” it up that day. By sunrise A/C not working.so it’s in the high 80s today on this Sunday and no response on this matter. Word of advice document everything!

The workers would rather hang out with their friends rather than fix the broken appliances. For example, I had requested for someone to come and fix the toilet in one of the bathrooms and two kitchen appliances. A man came over and fixed the toilet and told me he would come over tomorrow for the kitchen. It had been a week and the man still had not came to repair the sink and stove but, he and a few others would come over to my neighbor’s apartment to smoke cigarettes. They eventually came to my apartment while I was not home, I had felt very violated that day. I couldn’t believe that they did not even have the decency to inform me of when they were coming. That day when I came home, my door had been left wide open while they were making the repairs. They might have let others enter my home which is something I will never know and any of my items could have been stolen by a passerby. Later on I would find multiple flies in my house from the door being left open, if I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

I live next to a smoker who not only has no veneration for others but, engages in social activities that I consider boisterous. Most times, these activities consist of loud music that plays for the entire day. Also, I have respiratory problems and the secondary smoke that comes through my door only worsens my condition. Along with that, these apartments are very poor quality. The walls and ceiling of the apartment are covered with white paint that is meant to hide the imperfections. The light fixtures are held up by tape which is then covered in paint. Along with that, the appliances break routinely and it usually takes 1-2 months for it be fixed.

Not the nicest people but they have a nice pool makes it difficult for me to walk up to the nearby strip mall with the poor conditions and crazy homeless guy wandering around. Some of the people in the strip mall area are friendly and helpful.

I have to start by saying that I love it here. I was a little confused on how to make my rent payment and a lady from the office explained to me how it could be done, thanks for the quick response

Great assistance. Maintenance is always on top of what we need and office staff is very patient and helpful. Very nice quiet area and is located nearby many shopping centers and my job. I am very pleased to call Woodhollow My HOME!

I have to say that Woodhollow is great!
Affordable, clean, very friendly abd professional, Abigail, Yolanda, and Noraida
are awesome! They worked with me for months before I moved in, they were so patient and caring.they assured me on every
level, that I would have my unit ready to move in! They constantly updated me on it, when I moved in, I had new appliances, rugs, and freshly painted! These ladies are a team, and
are an asset here! Woodhollow has a playground, a car care center, a laundry center! 2 pools,! I can't wait til they're opened
to go sunning and swimming! This is a quiet family type complex close to many areas,
Come and see! Affordable, safe, quiet and clean, and a professional, friendly team!
I am very happy to call this my HOME!

Woodhollow apartment by far the worst first
We try to get in this apartment 5 months, ago and they never pick up phones when you try to reach them nor they get a busy tone.
1. The front office people are very stuck up and very unprofessional lease apartment agents.
2.the apartment in some parts of the exterior
Is rotten wooden stairs, balconies are not safely to walk on certain once you will see for yourself, anything that have been renovated they only repaint and nothing repair on certain parts of the interior holes under the carpet even though that when you walk in it looks fresh new, check again on the carpet floors.
3.laundry mats in the complex area are unsafe do to the fire extinguisher is huge broke plastic door any child can access to the extinguisher easily and rip out the plastic door.the laundry mat machine is very unstaintry do to the filters are getting mild mold growing on the filters very gross I took pictures so it proof of evidence.
4. Security around here only comes around here once in a blue moon when ever they get them to come out. Trash get over flowing some of the time over all.

Great community my family has been living here for a while now and staff is always making sure their residents are happy. Not to mention the pools, nice area to come out and enjoy with friends and family. It is a very quiet area and everything is close by. I am happy we get to call this place our home.

I stopped by the complex to get information for my nephew and the girl that worked on Saturday was super nice and friendly and did not treat me rude like the two complexes I visited before here. I will be returning to visit with my nephew and his family to rent the 2 bedroom apartment!

If it were possible to give them less than a star I would. No communication for several weeks despite making attempts to reach out to them AFTER filling out their application and paying all the fees. Then, and only then, to hear back just days before move in. An absolute nightmare of a time, please don't waste your money if you're truly serious about moving within anything less than a 3 month time frame.
