Woodlake Apartments in West Palm Beach, FL

If I can give this place 0 star, I would. Terrible communication, they never pick up the phone when I call. When I do reach someone, I am always promised a call back but the promised is never fulfilled. Application process takes forever and good luck getting feedback or update on the application process. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Came in to feel out the application for a 1 bed room apartment what was an $85 dollar money Oder deposit. Handed in all my paystubs and was promised a call back to see if I meet the criteria for the apartment and still no call back I was told I would be on a waiting list soon as an apartment becomes available but every time I call there’s either no one who picks up. Or when some one does they promise someone well call me back and never does when all I want to no is the update on my application and exactly what spot I’m I on the list. How long we’ll it be in tell a 1 bedroom apartment becomes available.this is very stressful considering this would be my first apartment

Currently visited Woodlake apartments and Javish the property manager was amazing. She was attentive and provided me with it y’all the information needed for my move.

I am very grateful with with staff at Woodlake apartment. I’m a big critic on professionalism. They always wear name tags, they call and follow up about service request. I always see the property manager staying past work hours. The leasing guy, make sure we are okay and always updating us on new information. Javish and her staff are always happy and that energy is contagious. The property is really doing a lot better and it’s always clean.

As a long-time resident of Woodlake Apts, it would be unfair of me not to share with others how pleasant an environment we enjoy here. It's location is a stone's throw from a variety of commercial centers, our neighbors are generally warm and friendly; and the property is routinely kept clean and well maintained. To complement this, the staff is very friendly, led and supervised by the Property Manager, Javish Irizarry, who is as welcoming and accommodating as one can wish for. I would, unreservedly, recommend this place to anyone.

Wood lake apartment has the worst management team ever on the first office.they cannot keep any one longer then a month in that front office and when they actually have someone they are not trained properly. I have witness 3-4 different people work in that front office that are not properly trained to provide people with accurate information. I have been getting the run around about my 200 dollar deposit that should have been returned back to me we are going on 3 months the front desk is ignoring my calls. And when they actually want to answer the guy Salomon has no answers he always has to ask having on what to say or what to do.havish is never available so he schedule a call back and I get no call back from either of them. They always has a reason as to why I haven’t received it yet rather than when I will receive it. I finally reached out to management TRG AND SPOKE TO MATTY AND SHE HAd to schedule a call back with me. I’m for sure now I will not be getting my money back.

I am currently moving in Woodlake apartments and they were so helpful and went the extr now to make sure I was well taken care of.

I enjoy living here javish have been a great pleasure very nice dependable reasonable and handles all issues with the upmost of priority I do tell anyone I know to come here and she is just a great office person I’m sure your job is not easy it’ takes a stong person and she is it

School is out and some of the hottest days recently and you have the pool closed, now closed for approx 3 weeks without sending out any kind of letter. People are off on the weekends and want to go relax a bit by the pool. Nope all gates are locked pool looks nice a crystal clear and refreshing. South Florida can’t be that hard to find a pool maintenance person.

My experience here at Woodlake Apartments has been great! The guy that works in the office is always so friendly and makes me feel welcomed. Maintenance request are always done fast, and I always receive a follow up call.

In a beautiful shaded area, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was offered coffee. The team at Woodlake apartments was extremely helpful, friendly, and gave me a very informative tutor of the property.
