Paola is an amazing groomer and takes great care to make sure our dogs are always looking fabulous!

I love this place! I explained with details to Javni how I wanted my dog to looked. Not only she checked all the boxes but also understood my concern about my doggie’s hair. This place has become my go to when it comes to grooming. They are specialize and know what they are doing!

For the last three time that I stoped here to trim my dog's nails. The young girl by the register keep saying "Oh no they are so busy back there". Frist time I belived and second time little bit disappointed but the third time really? May be is something personal I gues
. But is ok I will never come back again no worries.

I brought my 2 yr old dog to this groomer twice and was unhappy with our experience. Zhouyi was his groomer both times and her skills are lackluster. On this most recent visit, she told me it would take 2 hours but she was done in an hour and it shows. My dogs hair cut is uneven which means she rushed the hair cut. Lastly, I do not appreciate how she carried my dog out to me. She picked him up by his chest/upper body and failed to support his legs.basically he was dangling from her arms. No tenderness at all. I will take my dog back to his main groomer in Kissimmee. They take their time in grooming and my pup always comes out smiling compared to sheer terror in his eyes at this place. Maybe other groomers at DP are great but not this young lady unfortunately.

Zhouyi is an amazing groomer. I been taking my goldendoodle and poodle for years. My dogs love to go see her… highly recommend her!

I have come here twice and Chris has bathed my dog and trimmed his nails and has done AMAZING. Yesterday I went to take my dog for a bath and groom with Paola. As soon as I went to pick up my dog she told me that my dog bit her while cutting his nails and he has NEVER bit anyone in his entire life so I was SHOCKED. I made sure she was ok and apologized as I was really shocked about this behavior from my dog. Although, when in the car I found blood on my thighs and when I look his nail is bleeding gushing. They had failed to tell me that they cut his nail to short no wonder he bit her because she hurt him. I will not be going to her again especially that they did not even tell me that they cut his nail and literally had him bleeding…

Zhouyi is an amazing groomer! She knows exactly how to safely groom my Pomsky, Maya, without ruining her coat/undercoat! She always looks ADORABLE! Woof Gang Dr Phillips also has THE sweetest and most helpful staff, they’re always accommodating and the way they treat their customers is a reflection of how well they treat their fur guests! I am so thankful I found this place and Zhouyi, and I know Maya is as well!

Great place for grooming! The staff there is always nice and if you see something was missed, they would be happy to fix it on the spot!

Kiwi and Spike always come visit Paola, she does a great job taking care of my babies and they are always excited to see her, that’s how you know they feel comfortable around her! Also, they are always caring and helpful at the front desk.

My Archie boy has been coming to Paola since his very first groom — we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! She always greets Archie with a smile, easing any of that Cavapoo anxiety, and proceeds to deliver an amazing grooming session every time. If you live in the Dr Phillips area, do your dog a favor and bring them to Woof Gang!

My charlie boy always looks AMAZING after his full service here.the staff is so friendly and helpful and kind.i was even late to pick up my dog and they were so understanding about it.this is charlie’s second haircut here and we absolutely love it.definitely a forever customer <3
