This place is a complete nightmare. If you don’t value your time or want to be ignored for half the day have a seat. Literally have a seat. You’re gonna be ignored by illiterate ignorant people for at least an hour. What a joke!

Charlene & Joanna will greet you with nothing but attitude. If you want to go to a shop that does not care about suppliers and you have a ton of time to waste and want to deal with nasty people that then get confused when they get met with the same nasty then go to this shop. If you need other suppliers here is a list of anyone that is better, city electric (and that says something since they are only two stars), miami dade, graybar, home depot, a random back alley.

Process of checking out an order is extremely slow. I wish they made it faster so customers would decide to buy here more often instead of going to home depot.

Slower service every time I come here. Soon it will take a full day to pick up an order. Tons of guys standing around. One actually working, sweeping the floor.

Can you PLEASE start putting coffee out again, PLEASE! AND HOT DOG FRIDAYS!
I think we've suffered long enough!

Waited for 40 minutes no service. Employees kept walking past all the customers. Just left and went to Home Depot I lost more waiting for no service than the discount. Hope they do something about the poor service otherwise I'll start looking elsewhere.

This place is very understaffed be ready to wait over an hour for the simplest order on the other hand the Staff they do have is very helpful and knowledgeable. MICROMANAGING AT ITS FINEST.
