Took my girlfriend here last week and she loved her nails after so definitely recommend this salon especially if you're already at the mall.

Brought my wife here and it's one of the best nail salons we've ever been to. The nail tech asked very specific questions and was thorough. Won't be going anywhere else for nail services.

We went for pedicures while on vacation, very nice people and nice selection of colors! Very friendly and we felt comfortable!

Got my nails done on a saturday the nail lady was a bit mad but it was a normal service after all by 9pm that night one of my nails had already broken went there the next day to get it fixed i got treated like a dog for no reason nail lady was nice but other employees were not the greatest to say the least when i left i literally got shooed like a fly worst nail place i’ve ever been to would not recommend.

This is my wife's favourite nail spa in Tampa. She's been coming here consistently for the past year and they never disappointed her. 10/10 recommended this salon for everyone. Great atmosphere and great service all around!

Clean not and everyone had their mask and gloves on while working. And they were super nice and polite

My husband and I go every six weeks for pedicures and powder dip manicures. They are sweet and do great job!

I wanted simple white acrylic nails with a flame pattern on my ring finger however, the lady suggested I get gel but I said no. She then told me it was better and put it on without me saying I wanted the gel. Then when I wanted a flame on my ring finger, she said she would do it and I even showed her the picture but then she does some random pattern that was not even close to what I wanted. Let alone the nails themselves were very poorly shaped and have uneven bumps and there was left over acrylic around my actual nail. I ended up paying $45 for the worst nails I have ever gotten from a nail salon.

I went in for a pedicure and a fullset because i am 32 weeks pregnant and cant reach to do my own toes. I asked how long it would be, i was told 1 hour: 30 min pedicure and 30 minute fullset. Pedicure was horrible, the water was cold, the filter in the pedicure bowl was dirty, she cut me with the nail file, the pedicure alone took 1 hour. The paint job was so bad it looked like a 5 year old did it. They tried to fix it but at that point it was over an hour and i did not have the time. I started letting the other girl work on my full set but after she removed my gel polish with her nail drill i told them I would rather leave, i left her a tip for her taking my polish off and payed 25 dollars for a bad pedicure and they say they gave me a discount because their basic pedicure with gel is 38 dollars. My nails hurt from the nail drill, is been 2 days now and they feel and look bruised. I literally left crying.

I love this place! I highly recommend kelsie she always does an amazing job! My only problem is the never ending celine dion music, please play something else!

Came here with my friend after we finished shopping and we were pleasantly surprised by their services. The owner Donna and Lauren took care of us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks Donna!

My family and I decided to get our pampering done at the mall, so that we could go shopping afterwards. As soon as we got to the nail salon, we were greeted by Lauren, who was very friendly and professional. However, Billy the owner was not. I showed him a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and he grabbed their sample and threw it on the table for me to look at it. He then started wrapping my nails since I had dip on it and then asked if I picked a color and I said, no because I couldnt really pick anything up. I then asked him, if he could help and he sat there and looked at me. I decided to continue to ignore his nasty behavior and asked, if he could do a simple ombré and he said, no with an attitude. I asked, if anyone else could and he said, no. After being patient with him from the beginning, I started to lose my cool and ask, if he was okay, cause if he had a problem with me i can take my $300 that I’m about to spend and take my business elsewhere. And he said, he didn’t and his attitude changed. Overall, he had a nasty attitude, he didn’t make me feel welcome or comfortable until I checked him. Most importantly, I ended up settling for something I didn’t want. And from my understanding after talking to the other staff members, I found out that it’s just his attitude and he’s a jerk. He could have easily did the first two requests, but it seems to me that he caters to clients who come in with expensive purses. Well, I don’t carry an expensive purse or a purse at that it doesn’t say anything about my account, life or personality. It just means that I prefer to use a cell phone wallet, To avoid my children asking me to hold their things. Nonetheless, I spent $345, $120 was divided amongst the workers and despite billy poor behavior, instilled tipped him a generous amount of $15. I should have given him $10 for ruining my experience there. Needless to say, I will not be going back there. But, kudos to the other workers who were there because they we’re great! Billy’s behind needs to go somewhere that doesn’t involve customer service.
