World of Disney, Lake Buena Vista FL

Not what it once was. I my opinion transforming from Downtown Disney to Disney Springs was not an improvement.

Love this shop! It has lots of Disney merchandise to choose from, mostly at this time of year with classic designs, Christmas stuff and 50th anniversary merchandise. It is well organized and the employees are friendly and helpful. Great shop that also accepts Annual Pass holder discount!

Crowded and disorganized. Could not find what we thought we should. Areas repeated same items throughout store. Very disappointed in adult clothing

Very crowded which is typical for this time of year. But there was a minimal wait once we got in line which was great. Even found a could things that were sold out online

Best store for Disney merchandise in the Springs, although the selections were not as generous as previous times. 50 anniversary selection very scares. The one positive thing depending on how you look at it was that most items were limited to a purchase of 2. Therefore the eBay pirates would have to make numerous attempts to buy more than 2 items.

Huge store! Have everything you need in it for the Fisney fan in your life. Would visit again when back in town.

Bought my girl a new sweatshirt. I get her one every time we go now. 3 times a charm. Never a dull moment. Good memories to take home.

This has to be the biggest Disney store in the world! It has something for everyone. Fun to walk around and browse

Great store! Prices a little high on some Disney products however. Store was very very crowded at the time of our visit.

I usually like the overview of this store, it's large & there are tons of Disney merchandise to browse. However everytime I'm here the cast members are never kind or helpful, they all act bothered that we decided to shop there. I thought helpfulness & kindness was something that Disney prides itself on.

Yesterday I had the most unpleasant experience with a cast member. Approximately at 4: 56pm, 11.27.2021 on registster 6. I was not able to see her name because her hair was covering her entire name tag. But she had brown hair, looked hispanic & was a little on the heavier side.

As usual the store was crowded and busy, and there was a long line for check out. As the guests ahead of me finished up their purchase and exited register 6, I began to walk up. Once I got there she did not smile nor greet me. She rolled her eyes and shouted "YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR THE NUMBER TO CHANGE" at first I wasn't aware of what she was talking about and I said im sorry what do you mean and she pointed over me to show me the number sign, which said "6". I apologized as I didn't see it, but it already said 6 and the guests ahead of me were gone so I wasn't sure why she was being so mean about it. She rolled her eyes, scanned my item and said "$45". She basically threw the item bag at me without saying anything and I took it and walked out.

I understand if you're having a bad day because your store is busy but don't take it out on the guests who are spending literal thousands just to be in the Disney resort.

Has all the disney stuff you could want (at Disney prices). Pro tip: use the Disney app for mobile checkout. Scan as you go. Avoids the long checkout lines, and you just show the generated barcode to employees at the exit. Saves a ton of time.

Great shopping for the holidays, so many options it's hard to choose what to get everyone on your list.

This store is the best place down there to get merchandise. Best selection, all sizes. The park's selection of merchandise is getting limited in sizing. World of Disney had the sizes.

Miss the old store layout and merchandise. Not alot for boys in general, especially 2T-5T clothes. Cast blend in with guests now with their new costumes. Feels like Target.

Amazing! Food was great! And there was wonderful lights and scenery to look at. I gave it 4 stars because I thought there was going to be charecters and stuff walking around but there was on Angels but they were still cool. I just wish there were more of walt disney stuff. Also if u want to get something from there stuff will all be in the 100's. I wanted a mini backpack. It was 200 dollars! And i went to 3 diffrent stores! But over all it was a good trip.
