World of Vision, Vero Beach FL

I have had great experiences with World of Vision. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are competitve with other vision providers, and usually less. My preferred vision center.

My eye exam was very thorough and professional. I ordered new lenses for my glasses and also new contacts, which were ready to be picked up earlier than expected. Very professional and caring staff.

Please be aware this may be a virtual visit. The doctor was not in the building. She was on a screen. No one will tell you until you are sitting in the examination chair. Don’t recommend if you need contacts. They did not perform a contact fitting and my RX was wrong. Even trials did not work. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.

Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I feel I had a thorough exam and they had a nice selection of glasses (which came in very quickly).

Doctor was rude and penalized me for being “late” when I was standing outside. They claimed I had to reschedule for the next appointment 3 weeks later. I’ve already waited 2 weeks for contact lenses. SMH I’ll just use another business that has better etiquette.

This was my 3rd visit for new glasses. On this occasion I bought transitions lens. Could not be more pleased with the service and outcome. I was introduced to benefits that I didn't know I had by the best staff experience thus far.

My experience was absolutely fantastic. Everything was done in a timely manner. Staff was very knowledgeable and experienced. Caring and friendly.

Love this shop for many reasons!
Both times I was visiting my family in Vero Beach I used them for both my prescription glasses and sunglasses.
Alicia who greeted me last was a fine technician who knew exactly what to do with my issue of a broken screw and showed me how to reorder my old frames - new again online. Then she changed the lenses in under 5 minutes when I returned. Plus she was super kind and I appreciated her care.
The other trip a year before I has the staff make me new lenses and they did it under one hour time! It was impressive.

All the staff is kind, friendly and professional.
Speed of service and knowledge was impeccable.
Shop is bright and clean and directly next to the Fresh Market so if you wait for your glasses you can do some shopping.

Had a great experience. No waiting, equipment is state of the art, very knowledgeable staff. Leaps and bounds beyond your typical eye exam. Very efficient and cost effective.

I had scratched up lenses and need a new eye exam. I was impressed with the virtual eye exam, the glasses and over all experience.

Was so extremely friendly and helpful when I needed a last minute pair of glasses. Great place.

My brother had some pieces of metal, we went to many places including the hospital, and they couldn't do anything, then we arrived here, and this doctor did help him remove those pieces of metal, highly recommended, thank you very much.

First time at Workd of Vision and was very happy with the time taken for my eye exam, questions answered and was given suggestions and options. The tech help me with picking out my new frames. I will be going back.
