World Wide Corals, Orlando FL

My husband won't post a review, so I will. Our first order from WWC was 10 blue-legged hermits and 5 trochus snails. The hermits arrived in great condition, but the snails arrived DOA (hanging out of their shells, non responsive, and already beginning to reek). The heat pack was still warm, but didn't feel overly hot, we didn't check the water temperature, but we should have. We reported the deaths and we're issued a credit.
Then last weekend, we placed an order for a WYS coral, and the replacement snails. The shipment was fast and we received the order on Tuesday. I was home and took the delivery from the driver and immediately opened the package. The heat pack was HOT to the touch, and the water for both the coral and the snails was 90 degrees when I checked the water temperature. 2 of the snails were DOA, 3 were still moving but very sluggish. I began a slow drip acclimation (to slowly drop the temp and adjust the water perimeters to match the tank) after pulling the majority of the detritus from their bag. 4 hours later the remaining snails were nonresponsive, but we placed them into the quarantine tank just encase. 2 days later they began the death reek. 10 of 10 snails did not survive the shipment methods.
The WYS coral is alive, but not happy. It is a 3 polyp zoanthid, all 3 have been misshapen since arrival. Today, one of the 3 began losing tissue and is likely dying.

I recently just bought one of the coral club boxes and I just wanted to say I’m beyond impressed with the quality of the packaging and the selection of the corals and all of the corals I was sent are very beautiful. I’ll definitely be sending my fellow reefers to you guys. Keep up the amazing work

Both stores are honestly world class. However, the Winter Park store is our absolute favorite. Shawn is awesome, always kind, friendly, and suuuuuper helpful. We always seek him out! We will go nowhere else for our saltwater tank needs.

Ordered 4 birds nests.they SEND you freshly cut teeny tiny 1/4 - 1/2 inch frags, these frags simply can't adjust to a new environment and all 4 STN and died. I know the community will blame the end user and not the dealer for sending out weak specimens. It is what it is, never buying from WWC again.

Horrible customer service came in to ask some questions and purchase supplies to turn a 275g cichlid tank into a saltwater tank and employee was extremely rude, impatient and instead of answering my questions i was belittled for not knowing basics of saltwater fish care and needless to say I left without anything

Fantastic customer service! A+ grade beautiful corals. Shipping methods are very good. Summer time there was an ice pack wrapped in paper as not to get too cold in the styro but to make sure corals stayed in a survivable environment. Very pleased with WWC! Have purchased twice and will buy from them again!

Every time I come to Orlando I make it my business to stop and SHOP at WWC. I do understand we are in a pandemic. When you enter the store there is a chain rope and a notice that you must have your temperature checked. Granted I can understand that. Don’t question me why I’m comping in after I tell you to look and purchase if I choose to. I will never patronize this business again.

Placed my 1st order with WWC last week and everything went great! Their selection of corals is top notch, over night delivery via FedEx went smooth, the frags were packaged excellently and arrived in excellent health. A week later now, and all the corals i bought are acclimating well, feeding and have excellent coloration. Luis was also helpful in answering my questions! I will buy from WWC again.

What an amazing experience. Tomas spent more than an hour with us helping select our first corals in our 4 month, 55 gal tank. He was friendly, patient, and informative. We had great confidence in his recommendations for a first time reefer and steered us away from unsuitable choices with clearly articulated reasons. The frags (and some more fish) have now been in the tank almost a week and are doing very well. We dipped the corals as suggested and they shed nothing suspicious so I do believe they are likely 99% pest free.it was a 70 mile drive each way but worth every minute. We will make the drive again.

My son and I recently got into the hobby and discovered WWC. We enjoy this store immensely. Tommy, Carlos, Ryan, Joe, and Josh are all very knowledgeable as well as the rest of the staff. Great selection of corals, fish, and inverts. Always treated well in this store and we hope to be lifelong customers for all of our reef needs.

This is my second order from World Wide Corals and I could not be happier. Due to a miscommunication, the shipping was delayed- (probably my fault), but WWC more than made up for it! They included a free frag, tee shirt, and a glass, along with all the beautiful corals. I would highly recommend World Wide Corals and will continue to place order after order with them.

I have a 150 gallon reef tank and love salt water aquariums. They had a huge selection of corals and the staff was very helpful. I drove all the way from tampa to visit this store it was worth it.

I signed up for the 3-month coral subscription, best decision I’ve ever made! I have received my first months frags and all but one came in looking amazing. They’ve adapted very well to my tank and I can’t wait to see them grow. Well worth the money and a great way to fill a tank, I actually like the surprise aspect and I cannot wait for next months! I will definitely be using WWC for any corals I need when I upgrade my tank in 2 years, thank you all and especially Cory for a great first month.

Learned about them from BRS, citing they had an amazing selection and knew their stuff. When I learned it was only 30 mins from my house I had to go. I was not disappointed. Amazing selection of live goods and dry goods. An employee even gave my son a tour of their farm in the back. Awesome experience

Right when you walk in, you will be dazzled by the display. Then you'll walk into the showroom that has a great layout. Beautiful show pieces as well as tiny little $5 frag specials. Will try the Winter Park store as well

I found out about WWC through a forum and I cannot say enough great things about this place. I have ordered numerous times and everything has been great quality and healthy. WWC is trustworthy and stands behind what they sell!

I bought 4 corals from this company on a live sale on Reef2Reef. I have to say, I was shocked with the low quality of coral I received from them considering that they have such an outstanding reputation. Two of the corals were in good health but the other two looked awful as soon as I took them out of the box. One was severely washed out in color and looked nothing like the photo and the other was closed up tightly and never opened. Unfortunately for me, neither were dead on arrival and they took 3 weeks to slowly wither away and die so I am not eligible for any refund. I don't know why the health of these corals was so poor. I have bought MANY corals online and almost all survived in the same tank. I have several corals that were stuck in transit for 9 days that recovered in my tank with no problem but for some reason the WWC corals seemed lower quality than a bunch of random ebay sellers.at least for me.

WWC not only has beautiful corals, they also have great customer service. They mistakenly sent me the wrong coral. Typically a company would just refund me the cost of this. Nope not them they are sending me the correct coral out at their own expense. Really appreciate the customer service they offer me every time. Also Luis is the best. Thank you WWC

5 of the 7 corals they sent me were some shade of green. Not impressed with assortment. I have a nano tank, so I'm not going to stock too many corals in it.

I ordered a coral pack and recieved everything in good condition. After acclimating and introducing to my tank all corals are health and looking good. Thanks WWC.
