Overall this is good front desk (Linda and others) was resposive.
Still I expected more with the kind of amount I paid for the stay.

We stayed the week of 11/5/22 and had a 3 BR apartment. The apartment was fine, and the resort nice. However as with all timeshares, at check-in they wanted us ti schedule a sales presentation. They offered us an RCI week, and we declined. They then offered us $150 in gift cards so we agreed. There was a hurricane that week, so a lot of people left or canceled their sales appointments. They offered us an additional $50 to reschedule to Friday, so we did. We did the sales presentation, received our two $100 gift cards, and were on our way. When we went to use the gift cards in March, they were declined. We called American Express to see why. They said they were activated (at the resort), and then deactivated four hours later (by the resort). When we called the resort they told us they’d have to research. After a week we called to see what was going on, and got voicemail. They called back the next week and told us we were offered an RCI week, not gift cards, and the resort automatically canceled the gift cards. We told them we wouldn’t have come to the presentation for the RCI week, and had declined that offer, and that was when they offed us the gift cards. They said we are not authorized to get gift cards, and we were supposed to get the week. If they’re not authorized to give gift cards why do they have them, why were they offered to us, and why were they issued to us? Further, why were we not contacted if that was the case. This experience makes us VERY negative on Worldmark, and makes us compelled to share this experience with all who ask about our trips (and that’s a lot). I expect you can remedy this situation.

Amazing resort! Stocked with what you need, dishes, silverware, towels, and more. Oh and can't forget the washer and dryer too! Front desk was very helpful each time, lol, We forgot our room key! Huge 3 bed 3 bath unit. Quiet, enjoyable, clean, the grounds are kept up very well. Never saw anything to complain about! The pool wiut a bar is beautiful, 2 hot tubs, not over crowded at all. We will be back.

Typical time share resort. General workers are typically friendly (with exceptions) but those IN service to the public are not friendly (with exceptions)
I (never) do tours but we made the mistake of agreeing to one. Not again!

Normally love this place, were very disappointed that the heater was broken in the pool at their water park & no one said anything ahead of time when we called to ask hours, checked in & went over amenities, etc. Kids were disappointed it was just too cold on a cloudy day to swim. Otherwise, this place & resort options, amenities & location is great.

Convenient location beautiful property. The water park closes early and is basically a water slide, lazy river and bar. There are multiple community pools that open longer.

Room was clean, large, and spacious. Reception was quick and the offer to meet with them (I turned it down) was not high pressure and we weren't asked again. The one pool we visited was clean and had plenty of chairs and space. Ate dinner on top at Eleven which is a great experience topped off by seeing Disney fireworks off in the distance.

It's alright.the room was immaculate.my problem is, it's a time share and I hate time shares. No I don't want to go to your meeting, no I don't want to join your cult (I mean club), no I don't want never ending payments for access to properties I will never go to. I just want to spend the nights I booked, go to Universal, and go home. Next time I'm just staying at the KOA.and no I don't use or want Good Sam either.

Nest place to vacation. Close enough to the theme parks but you can spend all your time at just this resort shoukd you choose.

Can improve on customer service vs.trying to get someone invited to a sales presentation. I've was told I could do an early check in apon arrival, which I've done for the past four years at reunion timeshare. I was told right when I walked in by check in "you looked too young to check in. " They asked If I liked to enroll in whatever owner program. They said i could get it taken care of at the sales pitch. We all were really tired from a red-eye flight and beach day. Also, being there for my birthday, i simply said not on this trip. It then went to a very unprofessional manager, who told me I HAVE to enroll in the program. He then proceeded to say check-in will not be till four pm after all.which was obviously said out of retaliation. Next to me, there was a very old white couple that was doing early check-in and WAS NOT hassled. I am a grown thirty-five year old. I am not a child, but I refuse to let someone tell me what I HAVE to do on my already paid off account. I can understand if i was checking in at a ridiculous time. We showed up there at almost 2pm. A good customer service manager will simply listen and defuse the situation. All that came out of the situation was that reunion's perceptions came off very prejudice and racists.

This place is AMAZING. Anyone giving this place anything less than 5 stars got ISSUES and need to go to counseling. Seek help. LOL!

Geez where do I start!? As soon as we roll up the bellhop helps us get our things out of the SUV faster than I could get it myself and loaded it on the luggage dolly with the quickness. Showed us where to check in and held our things for us while we checked in. Front desk staff was pleasant and informative.

They have a shuttle. So if you don't feel like driving you could call the shuttle and they will pick you up and bring you wherever you would like to go on the property. You are also able to rent a golf cart for the day if you want to.

Restaurants are all nice, each with a different feel. So you will find what you are looking for. Condo was AMAZING. We were there during hurricane Ian and this place handled the storm as if it was nothing. So even with 2 of the days of our week stay being hit by a hurricane it still was a wonderful vacation.

Condo was spacious and well stocked. Clean with washer and dryer in the condo. Nice high ceilings with crownmolding and quality materials throughout. This is for sure one of the best resorts we have stayed at considering how much we paid. We have paid more and gotten less at other places. So it is worth the price. High-end yet great value. Pool was nice too and you have access to 6 other pools too.

This place is an easy 5.

Bad experience. The front desk employee was very angry. They canceled the reservation and did no notify us and treated us badly.

Simply the worst experience. Better organize your travel elsewhere

I saw how they take 3 families to the street, with prior reservation, with lies.literal 5 minors to the street in the eyes of all its employees.lack of humanity

Our first visit to the resort and we look forward to the next visit. I had a little issue with the fridge and a staff member was there within minutes to make the repair. Adequate parking. Play grounds. Lots of walking paths, put-put golf, regular golf, and the lazy river was a big hit the family! Grounds are clean. Well lit parking. Elevators to help with easy of accessing higher floors.

Love this place. The apartment are clean, spacious. 3 bedrooms, on suite's. Good service. Pretty grounds, water park, and pools all around. Small fitness center. Recommend. Balconies. Nice scenery. Large Walmart 12 min drive.

Overall resort grounds are great. Our villa was a bit too removed from main amenities, but easily accessible through complimentary shuttle. However, a pool in EACH villa section is a must! Not really the resort experience if you have to take a shuttle each time. Oh yeah, who's idea was it to put such a small television in the "master bedroom". Reminds me Michael Scott's dinner party.
