Update - wow! I just got the news that Meaghan got my policy cancelled retroactively. My insurance company just processed a refund of nearly $600. So glad I had Meaghan and Wren handling this file for me. They took all the effort out of it for me. All I had to do was sign a few documents online and “kching”.

Meaghan initiated a search for a new homeowner's policy when our premium on the old policy had substantially increased. She worked diligently and efficiently to process a new policy, keeping us constantly informed of what we needed to do, answering any questions or concerns we had, and handling any glitches along the way. We were very impressed and thankful for her service and are very pleased with our new policy. We have never before experienced the degree of care she took to make sure we were exceptionally served.

I started my relationship with WREN back in 2021. I feel their rates are as competitive as one can find in Florida. I had a bump in the road with them last year and ended up buying a policy from another agent. I later found out it was because of an inexperienced employee. However, Meghan was assigned as my new account manager and she has executed excellent service recovery. She has helped me with another policy as well as reached out proactively to remind me of renewals. Overall it’s been a great experience working with Meghan.
